You should be ashamed that your National chain supports military and your store doesn’t! Customer service was very good and handled it well, however not supporting your military at this store is crazy!

Don and his staff are always very helpful. Most recently I put in a large group order for helmets, and he made it easy to get our items customized. The helmets were shipped and received within a few days of the order being placed.

Ordered New Balance turf shoes size 11 and when received I got Nike Hurricane size 8. I called and they apologized and stated I would get the correct shoes in 3 days. After 3 days I had to call again and still not even a tracking number but was told I would receive the tracking number in two hours. Again I waited after 4 hours I called to find they haven't even been shipped so I got a refund and received the correct turf shoes from one of their competitors in 2 days. This store maybe ok in person at the brick and mortar store but do not order online.

On Saturday, February 12 I came to the store to get my son sized for equipment. The associate was very helpful and patient in trying on the new gear which would have warranted a five star review in itself.We left the store and drove home an hour and a half away and didn’t realize that we had left the stick that we purchased behind. I called the store and they offered to have the stick shipped down to us.Very generous of them to do that and we appreciate going above and beyond. Highly recommend!!

This store is great! The manager and staff are very attentive and knowledgeable. They can help with little guys all the way up to pros and the stringing is excellent. I recommend if you are in the Monmouth County region to work with them.

Owner/manager abrasive and indifferent. Young staff are nice but owner does not appear to care about repeat customers. Only reason people drive there is lack of other lacrosse stores in the area.

The manager here is great, and the staff. We've been doing business here for years, always super helpful and friendly. Great to see so many local kids work at the store and the store's support of youth and HS teams.
