“Hats off to Elaine, one of the techs at this location. Going thru couple personal things, was a little hyper this morning and she was extremely calming and professional. Helped out with the online info that I screwed up...hey I am over 70 what can I say lol. Had to call service provider to unscrew what I did and then went back to location. Dealt with a phlebotomist who was also very professional and kind...forgot to ask her name. The place is immaculately clean, the staff friendly vs some other labs that I have had to deal with over the years. Again, thanks Elaine for being the person you are.”

“Cannot reccomend this facility enough for pediatrics! I came straight to this location after having a bad experience with the eatontown one and they were extremely accommodating. Alice was the tech that saw us and she was so good with my son. I told her which arm usually gets the best results and warned her that he has a slow flow. She was receptive and checked that arm right away and was successful on her first try. I will be taking my son to this location from now on! The lady at the front desk, jo, Alice and one other tech, Madhuri were extremely professional and pleasant during our visit.”

“Having been to quite a few, the people here are super sweet and personable - and most importantly good at their job (I have very hard to find veins so appreciate techs who can make it easy). Only downside is I don't like being in the same room as others when getting my blood drawn. Would prefer to always be alone. Wait time is OK.”

“All the staff was great. Hard working and efficient considering how busy they are. I did have to wait over an hour but that is because I didn't make an appointment which I suggest you do. They only have two chairs in the small waiting room which is a shame as they use to have seating. You go to the kiosk and sign in with an id. The blood test was perfectly done.”

“I have had two blood and urine draws here and they've both been excellent. Multi-year staff experience. Electronic check in linked to a Patient waiting line board. Newly renovated space. Really fast procedures if your paperwork is in order. Mine wasn't and the phlebotomist worked to overcome it for me. Thanks !Go early and avoid lunch time.”
