My dad took me here for a pedicure. I got a gel pedicure and it chipped off my toe a few days later. I went back to see if they would fix it. They said no I need to pay to fix their mistake or get a whole new pedicure when the rest of my toes were fine. I was very disappointed and I won’t be returning back here. The lady at the front desk was VERY rude to me. After spending money on a pedicure the least I would expect is for them to be nice and fix my chipped gel polish not ask me to pay for their mistake!!!

I’ve been getting gel manicures from Mimi for about a year now… My nails are healthy and I always get compliments on my manicure! Mimi is lovely and is meticulous. She is very talented and takes excellent care of my nails. Great rewards system at this salon as well. Highly recommend!

Pretty disappointed with my experience here. I had an appointment, so it’s not like they were slammed. I got a pedicure, but the polish is so far from the cuticles it looks 2 weeks old grown out. Not what I expected at all

This place did not give me what I ordered and did a terrible job. There’s bumps on my nails and they lied about the price until it was too late 🤦🏻♀️ I truly don’t believe this is a good place to go to. This piss me off.

Mimi was amazing, caring. Beautiful job. I came the last hour looking for an almond tips. And she did not hesitate. She was quick and did a wonderful job. They have a stand for your phones and hooks by your station for your purse. Made the whole experience quick and easy.

Lupe gave me a spa mani pedi and wow! She did an amazing job. My pedicure was perfect,
she gave me a relaxing massage an amazing clean up, she really went above and beyond my expectations.

Kelly is the best!! I came in an hour before closing desperate to get my overgrown acrylics off. Kelly recommended dip powder and transformed my nails in under an hour. She is beyond impressive. Thank you!

My husband and I regularly get mani-pedis at Nails Plus. We leave refreshed with very happy fingers and toes. We are both runners, so pedicures are essential for healthy feet. I go weekly before long races and during training cycles. I haven't lost a toenail (sorry if you're not a runner and that's gross, lol) since starting that habit. I have never received judgment or single weird look or comment when my toenails are jacked up too. They just take care of me!

I go to the Nails Plus, their Red Bank location. The service and staff personnel are very friendly and accommodating. Stella in particular is a great nail technician. I also enjoyed their chair massage too.
