Whatever the sales team tells you, GET IT IN WRITING! I was promised 36K miles of service and at 14K was told that I got my 2 services and +/-$298 please. After an outburst and some f bombs, they PARTIALLY covered the 3rd service. I didn't ask for the 36k of service but was told it was included. Since that is not uncommon in the new car market, I took the sales people at their word. The sales people are not longer there ( I purchased in April) so now they say "what if everyone comes in here saying that?" "what are we supposed to do?" In my little mind, what your supposed to do when your slogan includes "respect" is to respect someone who plunked down $47,000 and not imply that they lie like the FORMER employees.BTW, don't get upset and drop and F bomb near the GM because he gets offended and begins to lecture you.The Nissan Rogue Platinum is an AWESOME vehicle. It's just the dealership that's NOT.

Poor poor poor they sold me a lemon brought a Murano from them . Beautiful Suv. 2 months later the car started giving me problems it went from the steering wheel fluid part,,had a leak I took it to Service Greg is the guy who worked on my car.! A week later I had to bring it right back because it wasn't properly done right! He ordered the part an install it....I had to make 2 trips there for them to finally get it right..A week after that the transmission went out! If they did the diagnostic for the steering wheel they should have known that the transmission was gonna go out soon....Now I have to come up w the money to get a whole new transmission when I tried calling them letting them Kno my concerns they didn't even answer or respond back to my calls nor texts ...I wouldn't recommend buying from them! I suggest u have them do a diagnostic 1st checking the car fully b4 pulling of the lot...Not a happy camper Nissian Headquarters will be reaching you guys!Services: Steering & suspension repair

First, I'd like to say that I have been a loyal Nissan car owner. This was my first time at this dealership. At he time I was very vulnerable after being in a serious car accident. The Sales Manager, Peter Mc Andrew. promised me everything from a low interest rate . I hadn't even received the money from the insurance company. I hope that whoever is reading this review is aware of this slick Sales Manager. After putting quite a bit of down , I now have a 5 yr. car payment. Unbelievable deception. I now know the meaning of taking advantage of an older woman on a fixed income. I will never step a foot in this dealership again.Absolute worst experience with any car dealer. This happened in Feb., 2023. Although I've moved on from this experience every once and awhile I get thoughts in the pit of my stomach of this rip off.

I went to turn in on my lease and the finance manager gave me a hard time because I wouldn't buy a warranty. I explained to him that I have cancer and it wouldn't be necessary. His response was why would I leave behind to my husband an unwarranted car???You just can't get any lower than that!!But my salesperson Mike treated me like family!!!

I made an online appointment for oil change responding to Red Bank Nissan email special. When I arrived, the lady at the counter told me that the offer did not apply to my car since it required a special type of oil. She did that before actually checking the requirements; once she spoke with a technician, she confirmed that the offer did in fact apply.But then I was told that I would have to wait ~2 hours because there were other customers ahead of me, even though I made an appointment and arrived on time. I could not wait that long and had to leaver. This defies the purpose of appointments - either don't offer specific times, or honor them.On a positive side, the facility is clean and well maintained, and the staff were polite.Service: Oil change

I am extremely disappointed with the treatment I received from Sales Manager, Peter McAndrew at Nissan City of Red Bank. As a loyal customer of Nissan USA(for one year short of a decade), I never expected to be subjected to such unprofessional behavior.During our interaction, Mr. McAndrew was dismissive and rude, displaying a complete lack of customer service skills. He continuously raised his voice and spoke over me throughout the entire experience. When we agreed that the conversation was unproductive and I thanked everyone for their time, Mr. McAndrew responded by telling me that my expectations were unrealistic and that I was an unhappy person. This was a shocking and uncalled-for response, as I had shown nothing but understanding for the numbers he had given me. I simply explained that the deal was not going to work for me.To make matters worse, after we had ended the conversation and I was leaving the building, I realized Mr. McAndrew never returned my keys. I headed back to his office only to be be greeted with overhearing Mr. McAndrew, who mistakenly believed that I had already left, call me an asshole when reflecting on our interaction with the sales rep. I was sure to address this with him to ensure he was aware how far across the line he was. This was incredibly unprofessional and disrespectful, and it left me feeling embarrassed for the company, Nissan USA, and the sales rep (Claudette) who is subjected to working under such an incompetent supervisor.As a longtime customer of Nissan USA, I have always held the company to a high standard of professionalism and customer service. Unfortunately, my experience with Mr. McAndrew fell far short of those expectations. His behavior was completely unacceptable, and I would never recommend Nissan City of Red Bank, or Nissan in general, to anyone after the way I was treated.It is my hope that Nissan USA takes this feedback seriously and holds its employees to a higher standard of behavior. Customers should never be subjected to such unprofessional treatment, and it is up to the company to ensure that this type of behavior is not tolerated.

I purchased a 2022 Rogue from Nissan City and couldn't be happier! I was very nervous walking in - my past experiences with car dealers had always left me feeling ripped off and abused. These guys were great! Joe and Alejandro explained everything clearly. They made sure I was happy. Highly recommended!!!
