Yet Red Bank will not allow more than one person to work here at a time so there are lines frequently. The mail person, Jaime, is absolutely superb in her handling of the job, professional, knowlegable and kind.”

“After having a poor customer service experience in Asbury Park (where I've had many poor experiences), I have been delighted with the service at this Wanamassa/Ocean location. I am able to get in and out much faster, and the front end workers are generally much kinder and less stressed. My most recent experience on Saturday, June 13, 2020 at 12:53pm - the gentleman who helped me get my PO Box (I wish I knew his name - he is often there and on my receipt it says Clerk 07) could not have been more pleasant. Not only is the service better here, but the same size PO Box in Asbury Park cost over $100 more per year. I will continue to bring my business here.”

“I sent an Easter box to my son in Boston Massachusetts and was told it would get there the Saturday before Easter and the latest the Monday after Easter which I was okay with….well…it never got there. In fact , we thought maybe it was stolen at his place of residence. In addition, I couldn’t track the box because I lost the receipt. I decide to call West long Branch post office to see if anything could be done. Tammy was friendly and helpful and gave me hope. She took my name and number and how much I paid in the mail postage. The next day she called me and told me Consumer Affairs was helping her locate the box…the scanners had issues reading the bar codes(the box went to MA, back to NJ and then back to MA) and she was making sure the box would make it to my son. Tammy was so friendly and went out of her way to help….and it was so appreciated!!! There should be more people out there doing customer service jobs that have a personality, work ethic and friendly disposition as she does! Today, my son got the box!!!! Thank you Tammy!!!

“I’ve always had nice service at this location and it’s a really good place if you know your way around shipping. It is a smaller location so they aren’t as staffed as one of the bigger branch’s and they do close midday for lunch, they have the hours on the front door.”
“Convenient location, but there's a man that works the counter who is really unprofessional and seems to hate being there. I once went in 30 mins before closing and he didn't want to ship my package because it was shipping internationally. He said "it was a lot of paperwork and they were closing soon so there wasn't enough time". He told me to come back the next day, but it was a gift and I didn't want to wait another day, which I told him. I said I would fill out the paper as fast as I could and he finally gave me the form, reluctantly. It took maybe 5 mins to fill out, he was just being lazy. He has an attitude with customers for no reason. Makes you feel like you're a nuisance.”

“Personally have always had a good experience here. Usually don’t wait longer then 20 mins (and it’s been very rare that I wait that long) and both attendants are very polite. They actively go out of their way to suggest the best way to ship something and help you out. Also, they always got bops playing in the background.”
“This is my local Post Office. It is near so the neighbors do not need to go another mile to get to another Post Office. It is really convenient. The mails get to me in time almost without exception. It is situated in a nice and quiet neighborhood so it is not as busy as other big Post Offices. Get to know the staff and you should enjoy doing business with them.”

“I can’t say enough wonderful things about this post office. First of all, they are always so kind and helpful anytime I come in and need assistance. Second, I am still sitting here in disbelief how above and beyond Kim went to get a hold of my package. I ordered something for my daughter for her graduation and unfortunately when I got the notification the package was delivered I could not find it anywhere. It wasn’t our regular mail person and these things happen. I drove over to the post office 30 minutes before closing on a Friday, and Kim couldn’t have been more helpful. Not only did she locate my package but she went and picked it up herself where it was accidentally delivered and then hand delivered it to me at my home. This is just above and beyond what anyone would ever do these days and I’m just so thankful to live in this town with such amazing, kind hearted postal workers. I know if I lived anywhere else my daughter wouldn’t have had her graduation gift on time. Kim, you are amazing and I can’t thank you enough for what you did! We love our Colts Neck Post Office! ❤️”

“My experiences with Belford post office over the years are amazing, for some reason if you take it to Belford it gets there a day or two earlier than any other post office around. I don’t understand how they do it. I guess they just don’t hang onto stuff when you leave it off. Always have been taken care of extremely well no matter how busy they are, they take care of the customers, greeting them courteously and answering any questions. I hope the management never changes because it’s definitely better than all other post offices that I’ve ever used. I hesitate to let everyone know about this wonderful post office for fear that they’ll get overwhelmed, but I can’t be selfish and keep it all to myself. Try it you’ll like it! I’m not even talking about home delivery sometimes a package will come on Sunday and it wasn’t even special delivery. Never gets lost in the mail when I use Belford. Very very happy with the service all of the services !”
