We had a merchant account with them 3 years ago. Closed it out when we sold the business, didn’t think anything about it. Today, received a notice on my credit report that a collections agency with a bill from Priority Payments had assigned a collection account to my credit. Had never received any kind of information from Priority Payments previously regarding a delinquent account.

Priority Payment Local not only has saved the North Jersey Chamber of Commerce TONS of money, but transferred our existing account in the most professional manner ever. I initially worked with Andrew Pollina who assisted me with gathering me a quote. Andrew explained every detail of the proposal assuring I understood each section of savings. Once proposal was approved on my end, I was transferred to Joseph Mendola who took the time to assist with the transfer process. Joe was exceptionally thorough to assure all my questions were answered and quickly responded in a timelty fashion.Priority Payment Local is helping so many fine businesses, from large to small mom and pop, redefine their expenses and now is the time to re-evaluate! My family's restaurant has been with Priority for 3 years and 3 providers later, this is the one we've stuck with.#1 thing in any business is customer service and priority has had the best customer service out of any of the others (I don't want to mention them here to not upset anyone)They're reliable. You're assigned a rep for your company and ours name is Hristofer. Any time we've had a concern, he has ALWAYS responded within 3 minutes and follows up every time to make sure we got what we needed.Their online page is user-friendly and intuitive.
