I never did Barre before. It was fantastic for me personally. I had 15 rounds of radiation and after rads I would take a class because the side effects were nausea and fatigue. I can say that I never had the side effects AT ALL and it is because I immediately went to class thereafter. Not only did I work full time through rads but I have 2 little kids as well. I felt 100% OK during my rounds and my energy never dipped plus I got a great workout.I highly recommend!Instructors are ALL wonderful especially the blonde Natalie!

I love the classes, schedule and instructors. I tried my first class in January and have been hooked ever since. It is a wonderful community to be apart of especially during these times when we are all stuck inside. They have gone the extra mile to make sure they are still available to us and have helped keep me sane

I have been a member at Pure Barre Red Bank for 3+ years and I can honestly say it has transformed my body. The workout doesn't build or bulk your muscles, it leans and elongates them. It focuses on your CORE which I love. The workout is challenging and always different so you never plateau. It's the most efficient use of your time to build lean healthy muscles. I've never been or felt this great in years! Plus the music that they play during each workout is the best!

I have started with Pure Barre Red Bank 3 years ago and while I took a little break, I just got back to working out with them again, because no other work out could compare! Every class still challenges me and the routine is always different, keeping it fun and interesting. Highly recommend this place, teachers are amazing and make you feel so welcome!

The instructors here are terrible. Some show up late and few, if any, correct or help when needed. The employees at the front desk are more interested in their phones to say hello, goodbye, or thank you. The studio is also extremely hot and the carpet is gross. It's always covered with other people's hair.

I absolutely love pure barre ! I haven't worked out in over 10 years ! I started in Jan and I'm the strongest I've ever been ! It's small movements in short intervals! The instructors and all the ladies I have met in my classes r amazing women ! If u never tried tucking u should come give it a try ! U won't be disappointed
