Very busy and sometimes chaotic. Recently, we called to transfer a prescription to them over the, and the person had no idea what we were talking about. They were lethargic, and sounded like they'd rather not be talking to you. Do better. I'm waiting for the transfer. I'm pretty sure they may have screwed it up
