Check! (Actually it's a huge lot.) 2. Cool staff? Check! (Helpful, friendly, never pushy or aggressive.) 3. A substantial amount of merch? Check! (From hats to socks to balls to jerseys for so many teams from around the globe... including the almighty AS Roma.) 4. Pricing that won't break the bank? Check! 5. Understanding Messi is decent (enough) but couldn't shine Diego Maradona's cleats? Check? Check?! (We'll come back to this one!) Added bonus: their 'fleet' of vans strategically positioned in their parking lot acting as 'billboards' to hype up soccer (including Gotham FC) for all the cars that drive down Rt. 35. (From the outside this place seemed ridiculously large but the store itself was just a fraction of the actual building.) Recommended, all the same.”

“I usually shop at Monroe Tractor Supply, because it’s close to my home, but they didn’t have an item I wanted. I made a trip to the Middletown store and was pleasantly surprised at how the store was fully stocked with everything! The best part of my experience was being waited on by a personable and polite employee named Tom who provided me excellent customer service! Adidas has been having a big sale and I was concerned about his size selling out.Upon arrival, I'm immediately greeted by Troy. I tell him what I need and he describes the most efficient process in achieving it. I see my husband's size in the top but not the bottom. I return to Troy, he scans the tag and assures me there's 1 left in the store. The search which ensued was nothing less than the Hunt for Red October (IYKYK). After a solid 10 minutes, he found it! “Athleta is an amazing store! It has amazing clothes for every day wear, or for sports clothing. They have the best pants and the softest sweatshirts. Best staff, they always help me look for what I need and give amazing recommendations. The cashiers are also super sweet and try to find all deals you can receive on your purchases! “Came here to shop for my girl, because it is a women line store, manager Chris was super helpful, i will come back here strictly because of his help and knowledge on the product, he did what he could to get me the sizing i needed and other options if they didnt have the size of what i wanted.. overall. Wth!? You have hard working employees showing up and being forced to ask inane questions leading to mistreatment!I felt badly for Sean, when he thanked me for being nice, like it was unusual.Would you like your son/brother treated badly for working at a low paying, busy store and putting up with entitled people.Giving one star because of one hr store opening/closing difference is petty.Staffing is low maybe because of rude customers and they didn't have an opener.People threatening to not return, GOOD! I'm sure you won't be missed.Why can't people be kind? We're all going through stuff!!”
