Up/Down sent 3 men. They were polite, efficient, very respectful of my items and went over & above to help me with the storage lock. I would HIGHLY recommend them & use them again for another move. I am so glad I called you & reasonable pricing. (And you were $100 cheaper than another quote I received 10 min before you. )

Very nice and communicative coordinators. Julia and Eric were so nice, helpful, professional, and easy to contact throughout the process. The moving team was friendly and professional as well. We had a big job on a hot day, and they worked very hard. All of our belongings arrived unharmed and the team was nice enough to help us reassemble everything and even helped us add an extension to our dining room table. Would definitely use again.

We just moved on Friday and from the initial call for an estimate to the gentlemen who moved us, it was +5 stars!! The estimate came through immediately after the call, we were scheduled and the movers arrived exactly as stated. The three gentlemen who moved us were all professional, careful & super quick! Everything was packaged properly, absolutely nothing broke - the dining room set which has sentimental value was disassembled, transported & reassembled perfectly!I would highly recommend these movers to anyone!

I needed to move 1 room of furniture in a week. Up/Down Moving was recommended to me, and what a great recommendation. Julia was great to work with, the price was fair, and the moving guys were very professional, and took great care of my furniture from pickup to delivery. Absolute pros! This moving company was extremely responsive, fairly priced, and we had the most efficient and stress-free moving day. The guys in the crew were absolute pros. They worked so fluidly to pack up our entire home in a few hours and got everything safely into our new home and set up in the right place. They did it all with smiles on their faces, too. I highly recommend this company!

The company recently handled a delivery of high end furniture to my family's home; can only say stellar good things about them. They arrived on time (which is rare these days) and the entire staff were courteous and professional. The way the company is run is a reflection of their leadership. The last several months, I have referred all my friends and colleagues to Up/Down and I will use them again in a heartbeat.
