The best shop in Red Bank. Customer service is clearly something the staff takes very seriously compared to the other stores in town. Dana, the store manager does an excellent job with her staff and it shows. Cool clothes, fun knickknacks, and a top notch staff.

Good quality men's clothing, very American in style. But plaid flannel shirts for men are unsurpassed.High prices, but then they make a reduction. To visit.

Spending hundreds of dollars here and the manager will not let a child use the restroom!!!! Stay away from this location! The store manager Dana could care less about the paying customer!!!!!! I’m curious to see how the upper management will feel about the paying customers children being treated this way?!

UO has gone retro and I'm here for some of it, but the rest is just weird.Super expensive, not top quality. I still love the basics, but it feels like it's gone off the rails.

I usually love the store in Red Bank however they seem to be closed and have been for several days!!! We have made 2 different attempts to visit the store since last Friday , to make a return and shop , found parking which is always a challenge in Red Bank , only to arrive at the store and it's closed "due to power failure" . A post about this on social media or the website sure would have been appreciated as we checked prior to our last visit which says they are open! There are employees inside but they are not answering their phones either!!! Very rude!!

Very cool clothing store for the younger crowd (2 of my sons love it, aged 17 and 22). The location in downtown Red Bank was cool. My son picked up a few items, and although not my style, I see that the items are very different which is pretty cool. Clothes are not cheap though which is why I gave it 4 stars.

Always a pleasure coming here. So much to sift through. I love hunting so this is the perfect place for me. I can always walk out with at least one piece that lasts years. Urban Outfitters is pricy but their sale section is pretty decent. This is my go-to for unique wardrobe pieces. I make sure to always stop by if I'm in the area.

The clothing UO sells are super trendy and cute, although very pricey. My three stars aren’t for the price of the clothes. I know UO in Red Bank has no control over how much their merchandise costs. But, the organization and lack of staff is an issue. The place is a mess and not an employee in sight aside from the cash wrap area. Only two poor girls ringing when the line is through the entire store, and no employees on the sales floor. If you want better service and more reasonably priced styles VERY similar to Urban (with an actual men’s section) go to Tillys.

I love UO and did plenty of shopping online during the store’s closure so I was excited to visit the actual store as soon as you reopened. This is the location I always visit as it’s the one in my town and most of the time, the customer service wasn’t great but also nothing to complain about. I understand how overwhelming and difficult it is to work retail especially with Covid and our ‘new normal’ (I work in retail)but this time was just a lousy experience. I felt dismissed by the associates and almost like I was inconveniencing them when I asked a question. I also came in to shop with my friend and she has a lot of tattoos and dresses uniquely (all things I thought UO encouraged) and I very clearly noticed stares by employees and them keeping an eye as her as if she was going to steal or something which made both of us feel comfortable- I almost feel like the teenage girls who work here were giving her a ‘you can’t afford this’ nasty look which was pretty upsetting especially considering how much money I personally spend with UO. Again, I sympathize with the pressure of working in customer service during a pandemic but it’s still no excuse.
