In the last month, two items that were supposed to be delivered to my home address were unexplainably RETURNED to the senders by an unknown USPS postal worker. I’m assuming that worker is employed at the Red Bank Broad Street Post Office!! This has never happened to me before.

Worse customer service ever. I was shipping some military related boxes. These things were important and had to be handed off to someone. I couldn't just leave them sitting somewhere. I asked the lady (darker lady with short blonde hair) where can I put these to ensure someone grab them. She immediately got an attitude. Finally after 5 minutes of waiting she came over grabbed the boxes and through them into a container. Upon leaving I said her "have a great day" and she didn't even say anything back.

Spoke to my route carrier and followed up with a letter to the Red Bank postmaster asking who, why and how a forwarding order was placed for my mail when I didn't place it or authorize it. No response. Typical federal agency.

They have a package of mine that I need to pickup because it was "scanned to the wrong route." I went to pick it up and they told me they can't help me because it's like finding a needle in a haystack. I asked to speak with a supervisor and was told the two supervisors on duty were too busy to deal with BS. Was very disappointed and do not know if I will ever be able to get the package I paid to have delivered two days ago.

I would have just come earlier if their hours were correct online. They're not open until 2 on Saturday, they close at 1. I needed to get something shipped.

The office staff is rude and not helpful at all! This location use to be the best post office in Monmouth county. All the exceptional employees have left this location. Last, I’ve been going to red bank location for 25 years. Not one problem or issue ever! One year ago most of the employees retired. Now the new staff have an attitude! Uncooperative and indifferent. But the carriers are wonderful!!!
