I went today during open hours and the door was locked. I waited 40minutes outside waiting for someone to get there and I eventually left when I realized no one was coming. So frustrating!

Went to Verizon store on Water street in Red Bank to get a new phone . We were helped by Danny who was very professional , helpful , friendly and knowledgeable . All was done quickly and effectively . Highly recommended !

do not go to this store unless you like being lied to and cheated. anish is one of the slimiest salespeople i have ever had the displeasure to deal with. dont let his b******* verizon trophy of excellence displayed on his desk fool you. he sucks at his job or i would now have internet. he lied through his teeth to sell me his garbage product for this garbage company (monopoly) when it comes down to it. he also displayed profiling tendencies by telling me he had to keep an eye on this normal looking black guy who walked in and distracted anish from concentrating on my purchase while this guy was simply shopping for a screen protector; sad. . . john c is a.prime example of a rude, know it all kid, ignorant regarding practicing proper customer service. he talks and doesnt listen, while passing off issues he should be able to take care of himself to others. these scumbags misrepresented their services, performed a hard hit on my credit and when i got home nothing they promised worked with the services they promised would. spent 1 hour 28 minutes on the phone with technical and customer service- transferred 8 times and got nowhere! wasted 4 hours atthis butthole of a store and with what shouldn't be called customer service because they degrade the term in practice at verizon- at least they treated me like dirt. verizon should be decreed a criminal enterprise. i am planning on filing a civil claim against anish for misrepresentation of services or fraud. i called the police after returning to the store and listening to more b******** now i will have a police report. i will also be contacting the bbb and local investigative reporters about these utter scumbags. how do these two turds sleep at night, knowing what they do to honest people? 4/5 UPDATE: RECEIVED A GENERALIZED APOLOGETIC YELP TEMPLATE AUTOBOT RESPONSE FROM VERIZON, BUT THEN I RECEIVED A MISSED CALL FROM VERIZON WITH NO VM- RUDE! THEN 7 HOURS LATER RECEIVED AND ANSWERED YET ANOTHER CALL FRIM VERIZON PREFACED BY ANOTHER IDIOT ASKING IF HE COULD RECORD THE CALL. I ASKED THIS GUY WHAT THE CALL WAS PERTAINING TO AND THE IDIOT WOULD ONLY TELL ME IT WAS SOMETHING REGARDING MY CANCELED ORDER! I TOLD HIM TO GO TO HELL AND HUNG UP. THIS COMPANY IS HARRASSING ME. VERIZON- YOU ARE CRIMINAL!!!! 4/8 UPDATE MORE HARRASSMENT- NOW THEY SENT ME ANOTHER BOX AFTER I RETURNED THE ONE THEY GAVE ME IN STORE WHEN I CANCELED MY ORDER IN PERSON WITH RHE HELP OF THE NJ POLICE!! I just called UPS and told them scumbag Verizon sent me a box I did not authorize. UPS to pick up box 4/9. FU Verizon! 4/9 UPS DIDN'T PICK UP PACKAGE. CALLED VERIZON FRAUD DEPT & SAT ON HOLD FOR 10 MINUTES AFTER TELLING THEM TO CALL UPS TO PICK THEIR BOX OF POO UP FROM MY DOORSTEP. DROVE TO VERIZON SHREWSBURY STORE WHERE SLIMEBALL SALESMAN ANISH WAS STILL SELLING HUS SCUMBAG VERIZON PRIDUCTS. PUT BOX ON FLOOR IN ENTRANCE TO STORE AND VIDEO'D IT TO BE SAFE. I SAID "HERE IS ANOTHER BOX I DID NOT OTDER AND WALKED AWAY. NO RESPONSE FROM SLIMEY SALE STAFF! HOPEFULLY THIS WILL END THIS LUNACY CREATED BY THIS CRIMINALLY NEGLIGENT COMPANY!

Looking for a mobile phone or accessories? I had to get a new charging cable for my phone and went to the Verizon store in Red Bank. I met Justin who was extremely helpful and nice. I never met him before and had only been in the store once before. I will be back whenever I need Verizon products and knowledge. Tom McGrath

Stopped in sunday to purchase a new phone and I had such a great experience compared to Hazlet where I would usually go Santiago didn’t try to upsell me all the normal things hazlet would and he got my phone up and running so quick and painlessly I will be dealing with red bank from here on out.

Had an issue with my phone and after going there Justin helped me tremendously. Place was safe and clean and I was always treated professionally. Justin took the time out of his days(it was an issue with Verizon's system) to rectify it. Couldn't be happier. Wait time here is way less then other Verizon stores.

Santiago helped me out yesterday and today and was super helpful. I was actually able to pick up an iPhone 12 pro max on launch day which was awesome. Today he helped me pick out a case for the phone. It’s great having this place right around the corner in Red Bank.
