I really enjoyed my time at West Side Lofts! All of the apartments and the common areas are very clean and well maintained. I never experienced or noticed any pests.
The management staff was superb. Chloe, Cynthia and Deneen were very responsive by phone and email to any issues I had. And they are a very friendly group and make a great effort in trying to encourage the residents to engage with each other by hosting events.
While I did not have a lot of maintenance/repair issues, any requests were handled very promptly, often within the next day. The staff always also did a great job communicating with the residents and sent out emails when it came to some changes like parking, water, and electricity issues etc.
My move in and move out process was also very seamless, and the instructions were very easy. I had no delays in receiving my security deposit as well.
The complex is in a great location and has easy access to New York City by train and is very walkable to downtown Red Bank.
In summary, I highly recommend West Side Lofts. It was my best rental experience by far.

We've lived at West Side Lofts for 10 months and have been very happy with every aspect of our experience. The office staff is courteous and responsive; maintenance is timely and professional; community communications are excellent, and security is very good. We're very happy to recommend this community.

I cannot say enough good things about this place. My husband and I needed a quick move in, and Tracy and her team made it happen. Everyone we have met so far has been absolutely wonderful. We feel so lucky to have found this place!! The apartments are beautiful, and the amenities are great! We put in a maintenance request, and we were contacted within an hour to resolve the issue.Thank you Tracy, Deneen, and the entire WSL staff for doing what you did to get us into the apartment as soon as possible.

I have lived in apartment buildings in NYC, Hoboken and Chicago and WSL is by far one of the best buildings i have lived in. Tracy, Deneen and Cynthia in the management office are amazing. Always super helpful and really take care of the building and the residents. The building is so friendly and neighbors really look out for each other.

I live in a townhouse 2 bedroom. The apartment is spacious. I live the community of people in the building. They are very responsive to requests for maintenance (cleaning exterior windows, changing lightbulbs and filters, new water heater). The location is fantastic and the rooftop deck is a really nice place to spend some time.

Good luck getting your security deposit back. After almost three years living there and leaving the apartment in perfect condition it took numerous emails and phone calls to get our deposit back. They literally waited until the last day possible and only sent it out because we knew the NJ tenant laws and they were breaking them. And this was after we heard several different lies from them…”the check is in the mail”, “the girl who writes the checks is on vacation”, “there were a lot of people who moved out the same time and nobody has received the check yet”, “ “management companies switched and we have no record of your deposit“There’s no reason why anybody should have to work so hard to get back what is legally theirs within the 30 days allowed by law.

Been trying for a few days to get these guys to respond. Very frustrating when all you want to know is availability and then hand over a check. I guess they don’t need the business.

I moved into the West Side Lofts exactly one year ago with my wife and have loved our first year. We just renewed for another year and plan to delay purchasing a home in the area because we love the management team, the residents and all the events that are held here for us. Adrian and the team do an amazing job in engaging all the residents and our requests, Flavio keeps the lobbies, open space and rooftop spotless and Angel is quick to fix anything that needs to be in the building or requests we may put in. I also enjoy how close we are to being in downtown Red Bank without being directly in the middle of the noise! Right away, when we have either friends or family over they are impressed with the building. Sickles Market opening and the West side picking up some awesome businesses and eateries, I would highly recommend the WSL to all my friends. Great place to call home!

Everything about this place is wonderful!!! Awesome owners, amazing, yummy fresh food, great coffee and scrumptious pastries!!! Definitely stop by if in town!
