First of all, I will share that I am a health care provider, so this gives me the ability to have increased understanding of various situations, especially being short-staffed. I am at the point that I may opt to change pharmacies because of this recent experience. My provider called in an antibiotic around 10:00 a.m. and the auto text said the script would be ready for pick up at 3:28 pm. I work the night shift, I decided to pick my script up on my way to work. When I arrived at CVS at 7:00 pm, my prescription WAS NOT READY!!!!!! Nine hours after my provider sent in an order for an antibiotic it still was not ready, despite you auto notification system, that by the way is USELESS! I was in the drive-through and asked to speak to the pharmacist who informed me that he get 2000 prescriptions per day and he can not manage that many since they are so short staffed. The LAST THING I want to hear from any provider is \\\"we are short-staffed\\\". I waited 19 minutes for my script to be filled and I was late for work. This is 100% UNACCEPTABLE.

So I am not that person , but today I need to say the manager from CVS on main st RP was so rude to me ..... well I have a broken foot I was going to pay in self serve when he approached the register I asked if I could pay with him he said whatever you like ... I hobbled over there I have (a broken foot can barely stand , barely walk ) and give him the coupons he said I AM NOT GOING THRU THEM ! IF YOU HAVE ONE YOU GIVE IT TO ME ! All the young girls and guys who work there usually take them specially when your hands are full and you ask for help but the manager doesn't ?The young people who work here should teach this manager customer service (I could understand if I had a million coupons that I took out of my purse with COVID and all )but I printed them from his machine .When I left he said thank you , before I could say you are welcome to him , he said you are welcome and have a nice day like implying I did not say anything to him . I have seen him there before , he has never interacted with me like this. I have been coming to this CVS for 20 + years and never never have been treated with disrespect.Donnie ( I think store manager on 8-11 at around 10 am ) maybe is time to look for another job .You are rude !

The store is excellent as is the staff . However the pharmacy is beyond horrible . They are controlled by corporate protocols and often fill medication without consent to meet monthly quotas . This creates issues with insurances and the customer is left with a financial disaster to which nobody can help. You are directed to call Corporate and nobody answers ( Big Surprise) . I have had many issues with their process and despite my efforts to stop them , nothing has worked . Although the pharmacy is conveniently located in my home town , I have decided they are not a good fit because as a Diabetic and mother of one also I can not afford to continue doing business with a company that is concerned with $$ over health . Highly disapprove and hope my review helps others.

I have been going to this pharmacy for a long time. The manager is super nice. I have never had a negative experience.

The pharmacist was so rude and totally messed up my order and my day. She had a staring problem and spoke crazy to me. The manager didn't do a thing about it
