ADDENDUM: We filed a claim 10 days ago. We've emailed 5 times looking for a resolution and no response.I could leave a review without giving any stars I would.Our brand new freezer has died (ruining our food) TWICE in 8 months. Emails go unacknowledged, so I called for follow-up after 2 days, only to be put on hold for over 10 minutes just to be told nobody can help me today, no supervisors are in the building, and there's no phone number to call headquarters...but someone will get back to me next week. ?I would say it's terrible customer service, but the reality is that its actually non-existent.Avoid this brand and this company at all cost.

Stay Away from this company and its products.I bought a Winia commercial microwave from Costco. Four months into it, it stopped heating up despite the fact that it was running. Since, I have a spare one onsite, I didn't immediately called the company. I could've returned the microwave to Costco and got my refund, but thought the problem might be simple. I finally called them in April (product is still under warranty) and it was very pleasant talking to a real person. she told me to provide the serial number, the receipt etc. A month went by and there's no responses. I emailed the representative and checked on the status. I got an email back that the case was "endorsed" and waiting for technical team to respond and thanked me for my patience. Fair enough, I patiently waited for another month and yet still nothing. I called in and talked to someone and was told to stay on-hold while she checked. after 25 minutes, I was told that I would receive a response by end of week "give us until the end of the week" (6/09). Today is 6/15 and I still have a non-functioning microwave and wasted so much time trying to get so sort of resolution. Thoroughly disappointed and hope consumers will do some research before buying anything from this company.

Refrigerator sprayed water as soon as it was hooked up the day after delivery. Twenty days later I'm still trying to get issue resolved. Current phone call has hit over the 42 minute mark with most of the time being on hold. I have been told to take it up with the store I made the purchase from. The store has told me to take it up with the manufacturer. I felt like I was in an episode of punked. The worst consumer experience I have ever had.Over a month later & I'm still trying to get this resolved. You will replace my refrigerator. I'm not going away.

Worse Customer Service and company-Have a two year old air conditioner for the window and they do not have replacement accessories-to purchase-Was told many different websites that did not have parts-Will be reporting them to the Better Business Bureau

Worst Customer Service they said we will get back with you after calling every other day for a weekbought a Kenmore freezer from lowes after the about 90 days open door it will shut off service came and looked at it several electronics are bad tech ordered parts its been 5 months and no fix so afraid of $2000 dollars worth of beef going bad for a cheap $800 freezer they will not offer to replace with new UGH !!!!!!

Absolute garbage. Outsourced to whatever country. Useless customer service. Can't send the correct part. Will never buy one of their products again and if you know what's good for you. You won't either.

These products don't work, customer service is zero help, and you can't find ANY service providers who work on Winia. It's incredible how they still do business with these practices and products.

Worse customer service. I worked over 20 years in customer service and these representatives definitely training. Representatives answer the telephone with a tone that is sarcastic, "what do you want?" I guess they forget that without customers they would not be a job for them. I ordered a part and was told expect delivery 10 business days. Over a month, no part and no answer from customer service. My payment and postage fee was quickly processed the same day of purchase but I have yet to receive the part. I called customer service and was told the parts' manager was unavailable. So no one else could answer as to when I could expect delivery. Unbelievable that such a large company require customers to wait for one employee.

I ordered a water valve several months ago. They sent me the wrong water valve and then said the correct part was on back order. I was working with Jessica Ramos and for several months she hasn't responded to my emails or been available to take my calls. I have since asked for a refund. Mind you this fridge has had several problems during the short time that I had it.I want a refund for the repairs that couldn't be done b/c they sent me the wrong part, a refund for the money I paid for to buy the part and also money that I spent on water and ice since my fridge didn't produce this for me for several months. I have also reported this to the BBB.$565.95

Very bad refrigerator products and definitely the worst customer service one can ever imagine! Do not waste your money on Winia or Daewoo. I purchased a brand new Winia refrigerator but it did not work. Then multiple attempts to contact them.... It has been over half a year now since I reached out and they really showed that they do NOT care at all. They just wanted to waste more of your time in each email by saying: attach a purchase proof and your name...etc. I wonder if they really did not receive any of my emails?? With all the info they asked? This is really very frustrating. Imagine buying a brand new refrigerator that is totally broken with a lot of repair cost EACH MONTH. Beware of this company "Winiadaewoo Electronics America, Inc."!

We bought a refrigerator from Menards 4 months ago and it quit working already. The 1 year warranty is with this company. I have 4 children including a baby and have no food for a week now because these people keep saying expect a call from our service technician to come fix it... nobody has come to fix it yet. Nor has anyone reached out.

I have a Kenmore freezer under warranty that needs repair. Called the number listed here three time waited 10 minutes and got disconnected each time. What a scam . They don't deserve one star.

My family and I purchased a fridge from menards in Fairborn, Oh about 6 months ago and it went out. Its been 6 weeks since we made a case with warranty services and still no schedule for anyone to come out to fix it. most of the time customer service just says management will call back which they never do. We have 2 young kids at home and this has been a real inconvenience for my family.

Thought Daewoo fridge would be great. It was for a couple wks. Warrantee has been a nightmare to deal with. One of the folks there said supervisor will call to resolve. Been few weeks since then and haven't heard anything back... I don't have a replacement fridge in sight... This is just a nightmare...
