Freddy saved me from a big trouble. I’m not sure how it happened, but my car ended up on the sidewalk. When I saw Freddy’s shop right across the street, I ran over and asked for help. He brought a jack and some pieces of wood to try and save my car. And he didn’t even charge me. He truly has a big heart. After my car’s warranty expired, I was looking for a new service, and thanks to Freddy, I’ve found the right place. Thank you so much again, Freddy!

My vehicle was towed by Ridgefield Park Pd via Neil's automotive. When I went to pick up my vehicle, I was charged $260 for a small Buick Encore. I was told by RPPD that the price gouging was all within ordinance. This company takes advantage of honest tax paying citizens. I am not arguing at the fact that my vehicle was towed, but this business definitely takes advantage of its contract with the town in my opinion.

Took my Lincoln Navigator 05 to Neil to replace my lower control arms,tirods and the links and he did a good jo. This is my 2nd car i have took to Neil never had a problem with this guys. Also my truck was hitting in the front with the tores becuase i lowe my truck too low and these guy even fix that without me asking for them to do that they saw that was an issue and fix it and did mot charge me extra for it. Neil also work with my budget. Thanks looking forward doing business again.
