In December I purchased 5k in Samsung appliances. In August the dishwasher started smoking mid cycle and we shut it off. The appliances came with 1 yr warranty. Since August (3 months) we have been trying to get Samsung to honor the warranty. It is still not fixed. It’s been 3 months and a nightmare. The communication skills are poor. The willingness to handle the cycle is poor and I am very unhappy that my dishwasher is still not working.

I purchased a new refrigerator on September 16, it was delivered on September 25 damaged. I immediately contacted Samsung to ask for a replacement. Now here it is November 6, and I am still begging for a replacement refrigerator. They keep telling me the replacement button is not lit up only the return for refund button is lit up. Then they keep trying to convince me to return the fridge and wait for a refund and then just order it again. So, they are willing to send someone out to pick up the fridge, but they will not just have them bring me a replacement at the same time. This company makes no sense. I would caution anyone rethink ordering from Samsung, they are one of the most confused and ill-managed companies I have ever dealt with.

I ordered a Samsung oven at the beginning of August. It doesn’t work. It overheats. They have replaced all the replaceable parts including sensors, still doesn’t work. They come they go, they don’t turn up or the early appointment engineer that was due this morning has just turned up after we called them, it’s 5.30 just in time for dinner. He looked at it and asked me if it was gas or electric…?♀️. He brought another part to replace another part. The oven has ruined a prime rib for twelve hungry guests, Yorkshire puddings, lasagne and god knows how many cakes. I am a professional cook and in despair. Just take the oven and refund me the money that I paid in good faith that it was a workable oven. It’s rubbish….

I purchased a 70in Samsung tv 3 years ago and the other day it goes out. I take it to a repair shop and was told that the power board was bad . I was also told that the power board for this TV is no longer available. I filed a complaint with consumers affairs. This sucks big time. I now have a 40 pound paper weight. They make good phones but Don't buy anything from Samsung.

I create the BestBuy pick up order from Shop Samsung App. I went to BestBuy today then they said order was canceled. I never received email from Samsung about cancel. My credit card has charged from Samsung. I just wasted 1 hour on the line and paid $12.00 parking for nothing. CSR said apologies about it. You call yourself global leader but this is what actually you are. Now I am seating at buddy's house warming with empty hands and telling all of them what happened with Samsung.

In my personal experience, I have been quite disappointed with the quality of Samsung products. Over the past few years, my family and I have purchased four Samsung TVs and a refrigerator, primarily attracted by their enticing features, reasonable prices, and sleek appearances. However, it's disheartening to note that these products have consistently failed to stand the test of time.It seems almost as if Samsung has engineered their products to have a limited lifespan, conveniently breaking down shortly after the warranty expires. This recurring issue has left us frustrated and dissatisfied with the brand. While their products might offer appealing features and aesthetics, the lack of longevity overshadows any initial benefits.I want to emphasize that this review is based on my personal experiences, and I believe that anyone considering high-dollar purchases should conduct thorough research and draw their own conclusions. My advice is to weigh the pros and cons carefully before investing in Samsung products, as my family has decided not to purchase from this brand again due to our repeated negative experiences.

From August 9th:Don't buy any Samsung products. While they look nice and have fancy features, they're expensive and don't hold up to the motto "you pay for what you get". I'm sitting here waiting for Samsung tech (contractors not even Samsung direct) to come within a 5 hour window after waiting almost 2 weeks from initial contact to repair it. We've been using coolers and a small fridge to get by but they're service and products suck..... that includes TVs and any other appliances they sell. I just bought a nice Samsung dryer too within the past 2 years, wondering how long it will last and should have remembered my past experiences with large screen TV and previous fridge repair because dealing with service is not worth it. #Samsung #samsungrepair #samsungrefrigerator #samsungcase***UPDATE: October 6th 2023***After numerous calls, emails and texts, resolution was finally met, not completely to our satisfaction but resolved. It took us about a month to get our refrigerator repaired and over 2 months to get some compensation for all the food we lost including costs related to one of their authorized dealers to diagnose the problem. It was warranty related and I can tell you it was like pulling teeth getting someone to come, speak to and actually understand what needed to done to get us back to normal. Samsung's system is broken. It is so frustrating because their reps and record keeping is so inefficient to the point that I don't even know how they're haven't been more lawsuits in the public eye about them. I can't even tell you how many calls and follow-ups we had to go through to finally finish this nonsense. They send 3rd party contractors to diagnose and not authorized to complete work, Then you have to wait for another contractor to come again to diagnose a 2nd time. After they diagnose, you have to wait for the part to get ordered and then they come back again. Its such an incompetent way of doing business and when it come to necessities such as a refrigerator, its not a pleasant experience. Their reps over the phone are no different. Just as bad. I will never purchase another Samsung product and "I don't recommend anyone else do so either". I've spent over $3000 for this Flex refrigerator and thousands of dollars with other products in the past and have had nothing but issues with them. Its been a hit or miss with how long they will last. I've always thought Samsung was of high quality and always purchased them. I've learned my lesson.

I've been without my headphones for 59 days. They were "replaced" under warranty, but they were sent to a random address in another state without verifying my physcial address. The Samsung Employees that I've been working with, have done everything in their power to avoid rectification of this situation. I've spent over 12 collective hours on the phone with them and I get the run-around every single time. Pretty soon they will have had my product in their possession for longer than I have had it in my own possession. Mind blowing, terrible customer service.

AVOID - Customer Service Lies and does not help. Additionally, Samsung moderates reviews on their own website and content related to customer service or shipping issues is not allowed. Customer super vice agents push to make fast purchases rather than helping. As a result customers do not get the full story. Samsung has not taken ownership for misinformation their customer service agents provided during my initial purchase leading to a 2.5 month wait for the products. Despite reaching out to customer service numerous time and emailing the Samsung CEO (escalated complaints) the delivery date was never moved in and they never lived up to the information I was told during my initial purchase. I was offered compensation by two different agents for different issues but was later told that Samsung would not honor it since there is a limited compensation per purchase. Additionally, I requested a refund for the installation fee due to issues with their install team and me installing the product myself. This request was not honored and I am now unable to get in contact with anyone at Samsung. For 2.5 months customer service said they were working on it but no action was ever taken. Reaching a customer service agent is very difficult and they apologize and say they understand your frustration but offer no solutions to address the root cause. My email confirmation said the dishwasher would be delivered on one day and then a licensed professional would come out within 7 days to complete the installation. On the delivery day, the deliver staff said they would install the dishwasher and when I inquired if they were the licensed professionals they assured me they were. After observing them try to install the dishwasher it became clear that they were not professionals and that they were not familiar with the Samsung product. They literally screwed a hole into my cabinet and through nothing else in their attempt to mount the dishwasher. I had to point out the brackets that they were supposed to be using after being told numerous times it was just for countertop mounts. To avoid further damage to my kitchen and the dishwasher I had them stop their efforts and said I would contact Samsung to correct the matter. Turns out that the delivery team broke the drainage line so after waiting 2.5 months for the delivery I now had a machine that was not useable and was without a dishwasher as they took my old one. Samsung agreed to replace the dishwasher and said it would be delivered on June 28th. This date was pushed out to June 30th and then again to July 3rd. I contacted Samsung customer service they assured me that it would be delivered by July 3rd and they they escalated the issue with their delivery service. Like the previous times the delivery was cancelled during the delivery window meaning I had already arranged to be home and was waiting for delivery when the delivery was pushed out again until July 5th. When I contacted Samsung customer service again they said they had escalated it again but there was nothing else they could do. This is unacceptable as I purchased my products through Samsung so they are responsible for all aspects of the transaction and to me the customer their 3rd party delivery service is an agent of Samsung. I ultimately had to work out the situation directly with the shipping company. Despite interesting technology and innovative products I will avoid Samsung in the future and go with another brand who cares about their customers and doesn't lie to them.

Was mischarged for television and then repeatedly told (on three separate calls) that the order had been cancelled at my request and that I’d be able to place a new order with the applicable discount. This was apparently a ploy to delay until shipment was made and order could not be cancelled. Now told that nothing could be done. Buyer beware: you will be misled, fraudulently charged, and then Samsung will be unwilling to do anything about it. I have filed BBB complaint and will be contesting the charge on my card, and refusing shipment, but you can save yourself the hassle by having nothing to do with Samsung.

Impossible to get anywhere… on my Samsung galaxy chromebook (256gb 8gb ram item core i5) the battery-connector keeps becoming disconnected internally, making it power off, not show a battery light indicator, and only works when plugged in. I've had to send it in what would be 5 times in less then a year of ownership from a brand new device, for the same issue. Now I am out of warranty, and will have to pay for the shipping and repair out of pocket every 1-2 months if I want it to work. Somehow, this is not seen as defective by Samsung's technicians. that means that the device is working as it normally should, so it was designed to or should break on you every couple months?.. Not sure how this isn't illegal.I waited for a call from the refund and exchange department that never came, when that claim was denied because its “not defective” I waited for a call from a manager that never came, and now I am out of warranty. Started this most recent request a month ago and got no where unless I sent it in for service for the 5th time, for the next occurrence to be out of warranty. Unbelievable. I'm a full time student and just need a working device, this has been impossibly hard and I am stuck with an expensive device I purchased as defective. Lemon law? Seesh.

Most dishonest company I've ever dealt with. Been selling fridges with faulty ice makers for years. Initially refused to acknowledge design flaw or cover under warranty. Just kept selling them. Now, we guess we'll fix your old ice maker..., but wait, we created your ticket wrong..., oh sorry, you're outside of our "service area". See pic for what to expect if you're dumb enough to ever purchase a Samsung fridge/ice maker combo. The only ice you'll have is what's attached to the ice maker itself.

My first purchase of a Samsung TV only lasted 2 1/2 years. I told customer service I am dissatisfied with the product, and even emailed the CEO. It's been 2 days and no reply. They immediately charge you $140 for a service call just to tell you that 1 of the bulbs in the screen burnt out & not worth fixing just buy a new TV. At this point I will purchase a Sony TV. I WILL NEVER PURCHASE ANYTHING SAMSUNG ever again

Samsung has worst customer service; I ordered TV and it was scheduled to deliver on June 5th and until now it didn't show up. When I called Samsung customer service they still don't have an update until now all they say is wait for next 24-48 hours and we will get back to you; but worst part is they would never update anything. I emailed CEO office and worst part is they didn't even respond from last four days and It is disgusting experience

Absolutely the worst customer service and product warranty department ever. Samsung issued a recall of top load washing machines due to a software issue that could cause the unit to catch fire. They did not send out any notices as to the recall. We found out about the recall when our unit caught fire.Samsung sent out a repairman with incorrect parts twice. On the third repair visit the correct parts were sent, but the unit still could not be repaired. Samsung tech advised that we would be contacted within 3-5 business days with information on delivery of a new replacement unit. After zero contact from Samsung, I reached out to Gregory A., the risk management advisor, that had originally contacted me in reference to the warranty/recall repair, in reference to the replacement. Gregory A. has still failed to respond to any of the emails that were sent and the “ticket” is locked with him. Gregory has no contact number, has no supervisor, and his entire department can only be reached via email by other Samsung reps.It has been more than a month since our washing machine failed due to Samsung’s faulty software, and Samsung has failed to honor the warranty and replace the unit their tech stated was unrepairable. I would not recommend any Samsung product.
