“Greg is amazing. He is the reason why I am moving from cube smart to Safeguard. Cube smart a block away has nasty employees and we are leaving there because of that. Greg was so welcoming, hospitable and such a great individual. Safeguard is very lucky to have Greg as an employee. Mike has also been so hospitable and great to deal with”

U-Haul Moving & Storage of East Rutherford
20 Poplar Street, East Rutherford NJ 07073
“I’ve used the U-Haul in East Rutherford for both a truck rental and storage, and I’ve had an excellent experience every time. The service at this location is exceptional. The staff are friendly, helpful, and consistently willing to go the extra mile. The manager especially stood out as warm, caring, and genuinely invested in both customers and employees. That positive attitude is reflected throughout the entire team. Moving and storage can be incredibly stressful, but the staff made the process feel much easier and more manageable. They were responsive, patient, and helpful at every step, and I always felt like I was being treated as a person rather than just another customer. Their support gave me real peace of mind during an otherwise hectic time. I truly appreciate the outstanding service I received and wanted to give this team the recognition they deserve. If you’re looking for a reliable U-Haul location for moving or storage in the East Rutherford area, I highly recommend them. Their exceptional customer service can make a stressful move feel significantly easier.”

Fairmount Car & Truck Rentals
533 Main St, Hackensack NJ 07601
“It’s not about the trucks, actually. It’s about the people who work here. Today, during the crazy flooding in the Hackensack area, something didn’t sound right while I was driving, so I pulled into this parking lot to check my car. I had my two little kids with me and was pretty worried. As I was looking at the car, three amazing guys came out to help. They took the time to inspect it with me and were able to do a temporary fix so I could safely drive home. They were incredibly kind, helpful, and generous with their time. I’m so thankful that this happened to be where I stopped. Thank you so much for your kindness. You made a stressful situation so much better!”

“I don't have enough words to describe how great the customer service was at this location. I have never been compelled to write a POSITIVE review about a car rental office until my experience with Sherry at this location. Ryder Truck Rental
119 Moonachie Avenue, Moonachie NJ 07074
“We’ve been renting from Ryder in Moonachie, NJ, for years, and they continue to deliver outstanding service every single time. Any time one of our trucks or trailers is being serviced or unexpectedly down, Ryder is our go-to, and they never disappoint. On our most recent rental, we picked up a trailer for a two-day rental and later discovered a small roof leak during a sugar pickup. I immediately contacted Ryder and spoke with Maynard, who provided excellent customer care and assured me the issue would be handled promptly. He had Luis, the supervisor, call me right back. Luis followed up quickly, asked us to return the trailer when we were able, and remained flexible since our driver was still finishing his route into the next week. Once we dropped the trailer off, Ryder promptly processed our reimbursement for the damaged trailer. The shop tech even took it right into the back immediately to be serviced, no delays, no hassle. This location consistently shows professionalism, efficiency, and genuine care for its customers. Special thanks to Maynard and Luis for their responsiveness and commitment to great service. We will continue to use Ryder Moonachie for our fleet support needs, highly recommended!”
