I don’t get all the hate. When I came in it was completely empty. I was 10 minutes late for my appointment and missing documents. The lady who was doing my passport allowed me to go home and get the missing documents i didn’t bring in. Super kind and chill as well

I went to this post office today to send very important documents to Certified Mail, but the staff in charge of the window kindly explained them with a smiling face, so I was able to send them well without making mistakes. He also explained very well about other postal tasks other than sending mail today.
