“The people here are great! We were referred to them by one of their longtime customers. The truck was diagnosed the same day it was dropped off and ready by 2 pm the next day. The prices are comparable to other shops, but it's the service that makes the difference.Nice, clean, large and well-lit indoor workspace ( they were working on a crane when I was there!) “Had a great experience. Brought my car to a 4.8 star rated garage because of a shake in the car when I went over 50mph. They told me the tires were not balanced so hey charged me over $100 to balance my tires. Drove the car again.The car was better but still was shaking. Took it back to the shop and they said it must be something else and they wanted to do a full diagnostic and charge additional for it. I went to Bergen Auto Specialist for a second opinion and found out the tires weren't balanced correctly. After Bergen Auto Specialist balanced the tires, I took the car out for a ride and it ran perfectly! Can't say enough for the owner Joe and his knowledge, honesty and reasonable pricing.
