They’re under hop energy. I called last month and ddm energy sent a tech from Abel who said never checked anything but said call A1 chimney who just gave me a sales pitch for cleaning and re ligning. Then I get charged $325. I complained for a refund they only gave me back $110. They don’t serve anything. Scammers!

You can't do better than the great service we got for a series of boiler problems that left us with no heat.We connected with phone help on the first try and no wait. The repairman came the same day. We were set, but 2 days later another problem, and luckily the same response.?Yay!..

My first "will call" delivery arrived this AM as promised. Kenny, the driver, said he needed to check the tank for this is a new account. He was as thorough as can be. Great guy. Gave him some back ground on past oil deliveries and he was very interested in making sure this delivery was more than satisfactory. I'm sorry I hadn't changed oil delivery companies sooner! Between Melissa in customer service at Dollarwise to Kenny the driver, what great customer service!

I was surprised even with having insurance many things were not covered. After having the problem solved. I never got a bill. I called several times. I finally got Monica on the line. She was extremely helpful and has called me numerous times telling me of the updatesIt seems noone who had service on 11/10 got bills. Finally Bill's were generated on 11/22. She certainly went over and beyond.
