I highly recommend Ramon’s Auto Spa! Ramon and his team were friendly and provided excellent customer service. They are great listeners. Ramon is very detail-oriented and has a lot of knowledge about cars, which gave me great confidence in their work. The prices were fair, and the quality of the service was top-notch. You can tell Ramon is a hard worker who takes pride in what he does, and his employees were just as thorough and professional. I’ll definitely be returning for future services!

I just took my SUV to Ramon's Auto Spa for a wash and wax today and they did a fantastic job! The car looks spotless and feels incredibly smooth. Ramon himself worked on my vehicle and even took the time to give me some helpful tips on how to care for it, including using spray-on waxes every couple of months. I will definitely be coming back.

Fantastic service! I went there when they just opened the door early in the morning, explaining the issue and with no hesitation, they worked on my car and did WAY MORE than I expected.
I had many issues with the auto detailing in the area. Many of them were so unprofessional, rude and slow.
But Ramon's Auto Spa is really a gem to Ridgefield community. The owner, his sister and the crew were very kind and professional.

I just visited this place and was frustrated.?I visited here the first time and I expected 5-star reviews service. But I totally wasted my time…
Two cars were waiting in front of me and I lined up behind them and waited for my turn. I thought the wait might be long since this is a hand car wash store, so I waited patiently for almost an hour. Meanwhile, several employees passed by and saw me waiting in the car.
I was tired of waiting and asked the man who seemed to be the owner how much longer I had to wait, and the answer I got was, “I don’t know why you’re waiting here. If you want a service why didn’t you tell us?” I was so embarrassed when I heard his answer!
There wasn’t any notice that customers had to notify them first, I just waited my turn.
Couldn't the owner or any employees who saw me waiting there for an hour at least ask why I was there? Couldn't they have been a little kinder to new customers?
I'm a customer so I don't know their process... I do not know if they just ignored me or if they already have a lot of customers and are not interested in new customers.

This is by far the best car wash in NYC/NJ!!! No doubt about it!!! Ramon is a working owner and is someone who is not only passionate about what he does, but also truly cares about his customers and the quality of the services he is providing.
I have a 2014 Jeep Wrangler black. I was contemplating on trading it in for a newer vehicle. But then I thought to myself, "You know what, let's get it detailed and see if I still want to get rid of it."
I've only had this vehicle detailed once before by a one man mobile detailer that I found on Craigslist. The job the mobile detail guy did was kind of terrible.
But Ramon and his crew cleaned every inch of my vehicle! It was completely spotless!!! This is the cleanest my car has ever looked since the day I bought it.
Power washed, shampooed, steamed, engine bay cleaning, touch ups on minor scratches, etc.. they do it all at this shop!!!
Ramon not only accommodated me for a Sunday, but he worked an extra 2 hours beyond closing to make sure my car was done on the same day it was brought in!!! Might I also add that they offer drop off service to anyone who lives within 30 minutes of the car wash!!! WOW!!!
I'm going to be driving this car for the next several years! Ramon just saved me from making a dumb decision and thousands of dollars in new debt.
Thank you Ramon! I will be a repeat customer for sure and will be recommending the carwash to all my friends and family.
