Lobster tails have been getting smaller and smaller each time I visit and yet the price has either stayed the same or increased. Also, I saw one of the workers with very long nails (no gloves on) taking dust or hair off an undecorated cake and another worker (who handled dirty cash) fill up the lobster tails with only one glove on, even though both hands touched the tails. Cleanliness is questionable.

I just want to give a huge shoutout to Stasia for going above and beyond! she was able to help me last minute with my siblings cake and that was just so thoughtful of her.Plz plz plz go support this family owned business & ask for STASIA !!!

No doubt top quality top notch goods especially the St Joseph's pastriesbut have a questionI don't seem to recall as I have not been to the Ridgefield location in a few years and I frequent the Hawthorne locationI don't seem to recall raisins being added to st Joseph's zeppoles until recently ???unless I'm missing something I don't seem to recall that, I'm just curious do the different bakeries locations kind of do their own thing? I mean either way top notch quality all around

Really great bakery, tightly run ship, enjoyed the cannoli cream very much, cannoli shells were pleasant and had light notes of cinnamon to them. Will be back to try more cookies and cake, great service team, do they make espresso ? ☕️

Holy cannoli... the lobster tail here, is one of the most perfect things I've ever eaten. Wow! Wow wow! It's flaky, crusty, crunchy.. with this decadent, playful and sweet creme inside. It's not overly sweet.. drop a lil bit in your coffee if you got a bit to spare for a taste of heaven. Delish!!

I love this place! They have the best pastries in all of New Jersey. We use to drive all the way to arther avenue! So thrilling to find Rispolis, had the St. Joseph’s Sfinge, planned on eating 1/2, it was so good i ate the whole pastry! My go to place for the best Italian pastries around!

AHHHHH-mazing lobster tails. Delicately crispy and crunchy outer shell texture. It's magic! And the cream inside...heavenly! Try to visit them when it's not the day of or day before a holiday or other big day. The parking, traffic, car and foot traffic is horrendous. It took 3 visits for us to finally get inside to purchase this and some other goodies. Plan accordingly and you're welcome ;)

They know what they are doing! Best lobster tail and cannoli is here! The cannoli shells are crispy and harder than other places making it slow to turning soggy. Their cream is a perfect balance of sweet and creamy. Lobster tail shell is crispy and buttery and the cream is decadent! If you're in nj this is place to go for italian pastries and baked goods!

Amazing pastries but idk why the older lady in the front has attitude. Came in all happy since i've been craving their pastries but she ruined my excitement with her attitude... one person's action even though they might not realize it can ruin another's day. Also, check your receipt. If something does not seem right, it might not be so check before you leave. Again, amazing pastries but customer service could be better esp for a family business that has been around since the 30s.

This bakery has the best lobster tails that I have ever had .. I don't know if they have been featured on any shows or have won awards for them but they should ! I used to live in Bergen county and have recently moved to Monmouth county and I will still drive an hour to get the pastries they have ! I went around Christmas time this year and I was ready to wait forever in line but they were very well staffed and so efficient that I was out of there with my precious lobster tails in 15 mins.. I thoroughly enjoyed the time in the shop also just breathing in that pastry goodness

This is our go to spot for lobster tails. We specially go on Saturday early morning to get them fresh! The cream inside is just perfect not too sweet. One can be very filling
