First service area stop after GW bridge. Very crowded here. Acceptable cleanliness, nothing spectacular. Very convenient though. Would stop by anytime and every time on long travels.

This is one of the best rest stops I have ever been in. They have one of the best burger places and an Invicta watch store. With a fragrance store too. It was extremely clean.

The only service area on the northern section of the Turnpike, and it's a much more pleasant experience after the remodel. Lots of seating, high ceilings and natural light, large bathrooms (no line on a Friday afternoon!), and plenty of food options to choose from (we went for Shake Shack, always a welcome sight at a rest stop). A bit of a long, winding road to get to the service area, but a nice place to stop.

It took far longer than it should have to get gas because the attendant did not have any foresight when directing vehicles. He easily could have served two additional customers by having cars pull up a little further, and by telling people they couldn't go in the rest area while their gas was pumped.

As far as truck and rest stops go, this is one of the best I've ever visited (I never want to patronize another Flying J). Yes, the food is grossly overpriced, but that's the nature of the beast. Where else can I get a freshly made latte from Pret A Manger with cake from a vending machine?

The best rest area I have ever been to (tied with a rest area in Nova Scotia). It was clean, looked new, big, had plenty of good food options and a variety of places to sit. They even sell watches here! Outside, there is a lot of seating for enjoying your food from the indoor restaurants. There is also lots of parking--eliminating the parking hassles that you find at the parkway rest areas.

Easy on & off the highway. Prices could be a bit more competitive but if you're running on empty, its fine. There is an attendant- the person who helped me was very nice. Pls tip as they do work hard.

Worst place to stop for diesel, truck drivers leave their trucks at the pump and walk inside all the time, there never someone to help you by the pumps or to tell them to move.and all the pumps make you pay inside..this places is the worst..waiting about 20min for a pump because three drivers were inside

This was our first pit stop on our road trip to Atlantic City. Of course, we all used the restroom and got some ice cups and chips for out next stop. The people was nice and for a large 22oz cup cup it was 27cent....cheaper than NY ice cups.....next stop..... Walmart

I was charged on Sat,7/22/2023, from their vending machine at the NJT rest stop, Jon Bon Jovi (formerly Cheesequake) for a slice of chocolate fudge cake and never got it. I told the staff that worked there and they told me that I would have to call the phone number, 1-888-548-1142. I called them when I got home about 2 hours later and nobody answered the phone, so I left a message after a million rings that I never got the cake slice that I paid for. They never called me back, so I called them back late in the afternoon on Monday, July 24 and this time they told me to send an e-mail to
[email protected]. I did and they never bothered responding. I sent a second e-mail 1couple of days later and still no response. I filed an on-line complaint with the turnpike authority, and they ignored me as well. I finally disputed the charge through my credit card on Thursday, Aug 10, 2023. THIS IS A TOTAL FRAUD!! Maybe try several of their vending machines and see if any of them work, at least with the chocolate fudge cake!!

Very busy place and very expensive. Also, there is no clean restroom.

Your gas station attendants are some of the rudest people i have had the displeasure of coming across. How they were able to get a job doing something, even as menial as pumping gas truly baffles me.
