I witnessed a Korean grandmother asking for assistance to fill out the deposit slip from the teller and couldn't believe how disrespectful the teller was. Obviously it's an elderly who doesn't speak/write English. The teller shakes her head in disbelief and tells the grandmother to write down the account number stating you should know how to write numbers. I think the teller could have explained to the grandmother to at least write down the account number so it's the correct account and she would help write the name in English. So disrespectful and insensitive!
