Who is better than Billy absolutely nobody I have been to many phone stores and it’s always a long tiring experience. Worse than the DMV.However, every time I have gone in this location, Billy was absolutely top-notch on point and got me out of there with a new phone in no time and also goes the extra miles to ask questions and to be as helpful as he can be he even answers his cell phone ,This guy is great !!!!

Billy is awesome! Got my phone stolen in NYC, went to AT&T submitted a claim and got another phone in the same day. Thanks to Billy the process was smooth and easy and I got a replacement phone in the same day. I recommend this store whole heartedly. You will be getting somebody who actually cares about his customers. He also replaced my screen protector for no cost !

AT&T rep Billy is the nicest and most efficient guy I ever met - I always go to him directly as does everything so efficiently and professionally and it's really a pleasure to deal with. Always positive experience, super knowledgeable and saved me HOURS of hanging on a line.
