“Every time I need to get cash out or make a deposit I only use the ATM's. I rarely see a need to actually go inside & speak to a teller. Honestly, why would anyone wait in line when they can do it at the ATM? However I can understand why sometimes some people rather the one on one. This particular day I had to make a bigger than usual money withdrawal and I couldn't find any parking in front of the building so I decided to use their drive thru ( I completely forgot they had more parking in the back). This was very convenient because it was a pretty cold day so the idea of me staying put in my warm car was amazing. The teller who helped me was GREAT, I believe her name was Judy. She had such a welcoming smile, right away greeted me by my name which I enjoyed because it was more personal. I explained to her this was my first time using their drive thru so I wasn't sure how it worked and she helped me out and even gave me extra withdrawal slips for the future. I was there for 5-8 minutes and not because they took a long time but because I told her I knew my account number and by mistake gave her my checking instead. She apologized for the delayed since she had to look for my account manually, but it was my fault the whole time.. opps. Definitely my bad. I will most definitely use the drive thru again when I have my son in the car so I don't have to get out and drag him with me !”

“We were very pleased with Naomi’s service, her can-do attitude and her persistence to get things done for us. We needed an urgent auto loan on a friday afternoon so that we do not miss a particular car we were looking to purchase. We went to the Ridgewood Maple Ave. branch of Bank of America, we were 20 mins ahead of schedule. Naomi understood the urgency, took our appointment ahead of schedule, explained all the process clearly, went out of her way, called the appropriate offices herself to enable us getting the loan from application process to check dispersement in less than 3 hours. The entire team at the branch was very courteous and helpful. It is specially commendable given the dealership was not one of the Bank of America authorized dealership and we do not bank with Bank of America on regular basis. I usually do not provide feedback but this I felt was highly commendable and worth sharing.”
