This is my favorite Old Navy store, always clean, organized and most of all the customer service. Today (May 29th, 2026) I went for a store pick up, and the day before I saw a pair of sandals that I wanted, there were only 2 pairs left. Although the first lady I asked told me they were sold out, when I mentioned it to Emely at the register, she found the only pair available at the store. I truly appreciate her time and kindness. She was very nice and patient. I love to see people working with so much passion as she does. Thank you”

“Place is amazing! Owner is amazing. Super helpful and professional. We were able to order my daughter’s communion dress in December. Saw it in the window when walking by and knew we had to have it. The woman who helped us ordered in two sizes and she was correct. By the time we went back for pick up in February my daughter needed the next size.
Easy process. Great product. Great customer service and fair prices for good quality dresses.

I am 60 years old, and I am putting on the snow pants that I bought 30 years ago from the gap, and the leather jacket that I bought almost 40 years ago, that are still like literally new! I have had some very low quality things that I bought from The Gap when they have ridiculously cheap T-shirts Etc but when you pay regular price for their good stuff at lasts forever”
