I was there 2/2023 and would never go back again. I made an appointment 1 month before and when I arrived they could not find my tires and made me wait a couple of hours to get organized. A couple of hours later tires were installed and they scratched my new truck tire rims. I was very upset and they did not care and were very rude. The service was the worst place to have tires installed. They should not be in business. 1 star is generous .

I came for a tire repair, tire rotation, and wheel alignment. Brandon was a gentleman and got my car serviced within 30 mins! I highly recommend working with this crew especially Brandon! Very professional and knowledgeable!

I had a flat tire and went to get it repaired. Although Mavis had a simple tire repair job, they were very professional and made the customer feel very comfortable and friendly.I am very grateful and think I will definitely go to Mavis next time for my tires.

I can't thank Mavis Discount Tire of Ridgewood enough for their exceptional help when I had a flat tire on my drive to work. The team not only repaired my tire immediately but they also provided excellent customer service throughout. Thank you Dennis and Mike for helping me repair my flat tire! I highly recommend this tire repair service to anyone in need, especially in an emergency flat tire situation– they truly go above and beyond to help their customers in times of need. Went to get my brakes fixed and it was a great experience. I would recommend seeing Victor!. He’s very kind and patient and willing to answer any questions or concerns you have. Especially if you’re female, I know how scary it is to go to mechanics, I would definitely recommend going to this one for their incredible work and customer service***
