If I can give this business 0 stars I would.I used them against my better judgment and took a recommendation from a friend. After multiple back and forth emails I expressed to them exactly what I wanted for my business cards and gave them the right files.The first batch came in and the back was pixelated. I know its not the file quality because I sent the same file to be enlarged on 12x12 boxes else where. The gold foil was a mess. I was shocked thinking why wasn't there any quality control. Why even send something out that looked like that.So I asked for another print, they made me pay a difference saying it needs to be on another form of paper. I said ok. Paid the difference and they send me the new one and the entire front of the card was wrong.I didn't want a reprint because they already got it wrong twice and I lost my trust at this point. I asked for a partial refund on counting they already printed them and was being considerate. and Jillian never returned my email. I sent a follow up email, again no response. I tried calling the store, I even went on their website to utilize the chat option and still went unresponsive.After I waited two weeks for a response and didn't get one I contacted my bank to dispute the charge. After I did that suddenly it was convenient for Jillian to reply nearly a month and a half later. Saying its too late to refund because too much time has passed but she was the one who never responded.She threatened to send my already paid invoice to collections. She called me names along the way. Calling me immature, calling ME a thief and saying I won't be successful! Don't believe me I've got proof!She basically said the print quality was my fault because I didn't want to pay for the handmade cards. How on Earth is this company's poor product quality my fault? If you cannot execute a product with quality do not offer it to your clients!!!After I emailed her explaining to her that this was a fault on her behalf she stopped responding, again! No surprise! She finally responded and that's when she called me names and said she's going to pursue things on her end (collections) and as I will on mine, too.This is the absolute worst experience I've had with any company to exist in any business industry. Do yourself a favor and avoid at all cost.
