Staff members are very nice. PT is the best. Really love Mindy. Nurses are doing a great job. They are watching out for my mom. However, the administration is a concern. I would like to speak to the owner of this facility and speed up our requests.

The little sweet Nursing Director @ Ridgewood is the sweetest most compassionate person I have ever met. She literally put me at ease. I couldn't believe that I cried in her arms I was so relieved that I found Ridgewood. She said "Thank you for sharing your mother with us." THAT LITTLE SHIRLEY IS THE BEST.

Care very sub par. Doctor rarely sees patient. Awful pain management.
