Here's the thing. As long as it takes to design and proof a document sometimes the printing doesn't do it justice. And the older I get the sensitive I am to being able to see the print. So when I factor in the bleeds and do a design for a specific size it is INCREDIBLY frustrating when it doesn't cover the page the way I originally planned. Be cause this event was so important to my organization and I have dealt with the printing companies in the past always not getting it right, I knew this was going to require alot of time in my day and a personal touch. Ridgewood Press came recommended by a dear friend who happened to call me just at the right time when I was looking to sepnd the rest of my day figuring out the printing. Oh my goodness! They saved me so much ti.e and relieved so much stress. I decided to turn 2 sheets into an 8 page booklet with my design, which gets tricky. But Sue easily worked it out. She printed a proof. I was able to make a quick edit on the spot. And I managed to spend the rest of my day focused on preparing for the event. I am THRILLED that they accommodated my very quick turn around time. And I had a budget and they found me a solution. That stayed within it. Looking forward to sleeping well tonight without this task looming over my head as it did the last few weeks. I would definitely use them again and recommend them for our future projects.

Over the past few years, I have worked directly with Bob on various printing projects - newsletters, postcards, business cards, etc. The customer service is at a whole other level. It's why choosing local is the best way to go. Super happy with our material and will continue to use for future items. Very nice team!!

I am a professional graphic artist and have worked with many printers. Ridgewood Press is a reasonably priced, high-quality printer. You name it; they do it. And the people are conscientious, cooperative and accommodating. Any printing job, large or small, they handle professionally and in a timely manner. I have never had any serious problem with them at all. I know when I send them a job, it will turn out right!

The 1st time I ordered, they told me they would rush the order. They did not.I phoned back in August to reorder. Bob said he would fax me some paperwork. He did not. I called days later and spoke to Susan and she explained Bob was leaving for vacation and probably forgot.Susan then faxed me the paperwork. I returned it.I called the following week and spoke to Rich. He said he was waiting for the paperwork. I explained I had returned it. He said the order would be out by the end of the week.Now, a week later I called again. Rich said he didn't have my credit card number.Why didn't he ask last week?Just spoke to Bob. No apologies until I ASKED for one. I told him I would take my business elsewhere, and he said he could take the card number now, but either way I would be out of pads!
