The pharmacy staff members were having trouble looking for my Insurance/Rx card info (computer coordination). It took awhile but with their patience and team work, they found it (and saved me from paying). Thank you! You guys are AMAZING !

I just had an experience that I would like to share. We filled a prescription for an antibiotic at Walgreens Ridgewood. I noticed that there was an interaction with Magnesium antacids. I wanted to find out if supplements calcium with magnesium also had an interaction. I called back Walgreens today Friday and was on hold for the pharmacy for 45 minutes. Finally someone answered and I asked to speak with the pharmacist. She asked if she could help and I told her it was an interaction question. She transferred me and after a while I heard a ringing phone as if someone would pick it up. This went on for more than 5 minutes and then suddenly I was disconnected. I called back and asked for the store manager. The auto answering system said it would transfer me and when I was transferred again I was disconnected. I called again and the same thing happened. I called a third time and asked for someone in the store. A guy answered who sounded like a young man and sounded nervous. I asked if he was the manager and he said he was not. I told him what happened in between him taking care of customers. He said the manager was not in. He also said that the pharmacist was not in tonight and only the pharmacy technician was. I do not understand why when I asked to speak to the pharmacist and if one was not there why I was not told this. I also feel a pharmacy must be taken seriously and customers should not be treated this way. This was not the case when it used to be Rite Aid. There were personal relationships with the pharmacist and we knew each other. Since we used to go to Rite Aid in Ridgewood our doctors have the Walgreens phone and info in our files. We must change this so we get better treatment elsewhere.

I was spoken to in a demeaning manner. Inone breath they blamed me, my doctors, and their automated system for them not communicating directly that there was an ongoing refill issue. This left me in a scramble in the evening for timely medication which I thought was ready to be picked up.

This review is for Rina who was “ helping “ at the registers at 4:40 pm this eveningYour attitude in front of customers against another employee is disgusting . He was just trying to call u up for help, there was no need for ur nastiness or ur yelling. She should be fired. Not to mention her excuse was “ her back hurts and she should have called out” . Disgusting.

This is really the most incompetent pharmacy I have ever come across!! Long story short incorrectly filled my prescription for 30 days instead of 90 days, called when I arrived home. I was told to come back and will fill for 90 days, when I returned for my 2nd trip - told insurance only covers 30 days. Went home and called insurance company to find out it is covered for 90 days!! PLEASE DON'T waste your time and find another pharmacy!!!

Walgreens is the best place to shop when you are looking for quick and easy shoppingMany items in the store and shelves are loadedNot sure why store smells in the back by pharmacy area,Also have old look, need some updatingParking could be an issue as ridgewood is busy , street parking is difficult

Tried to use their FEDEX return with QR codes of which I have used multiple times and today, they reported they cannot return with QR codes. I have done this many times of which is offered to “do easy return with no label.” Customer service is terrible and overall, lack of management presence or help is why I will not return for purchase either.

Be aware that they do not keep appointments at the Pharmacy. They will take breaks over what they have booked, shut down, and give customers no notice their appointment is cancelled and/expect customers to wait until they decide to reopen.
