I made an appointment Tuesday at Ridgewood Mavis for a new tire. Had a flat on the parkway, luckily got home before it went flat. Brought the car in and Rich greeted me with enthusiasm and respect, which is rare these days. The tech brought me out to the shop and showed me the other front tire on my Mercedes. I was shocked to find out the steel cords were showing on the edge of the tire. Rich explained the vehicle needs a wheel alignment and 1 more tire. Needless to say I agreed and ordered another tire and made another appointment next week. It feel so good to know that this shop does their job correctly and that they check over the car for me. Great job Ridgewood Mavis. Will be back next week.

Stopped by this morning. Although they were very busy, they still took the time to help me. Very professional, friendly and helpful. John was fantastic (and has the coolest mustache ever!) Highly recommend.

I had a bad experience today. The owner Rick didn’t get my permission and did all the repair anyway. About 2000 dollars to replace the rear brake, rotors and caliper. The charge is ridiculously high and I was ripped off. I don’t appreciate what they are doing there. Will switch to a different car maintenance shop.

Barely made it in with a flat tire only 45 mins to close. Plugged and on my way in 30 mins at a very reasonable price. Highly recommend
