Not "America's most convenient bank". Drive thru should be open same hours as walk in. Waiting 20 minutes to deposit one business check due to 2 tellers is ridiculous.

Hello TD bank Ridgewood. I’m very unhappy with the listening skills of the front desk. I went in there today for a simple deposit today. I also wanted to withdraw some money. Withdraw went perfectly, but sadly the front desk screwed up and decided to pick the account opposite from the card and pin I gave them. This was a huge mistake! Why would you pick the account that was opposite from the card I gave. Better communication and better judgment ladies!!!! Use the account that is connected to the card PLEASE!

I really miss the old manager Ms.angel not only did she get the job done she had exceptional customer service the new manager has a ridiculous stuck up and rude attitude she claimed to have updated my number within the system informed me I had to wait until Monday for the change to take place if not then continue to wait because in her words “it’s going to take some time” now of course being a long time customer with TD I knew that had sound a little off to me especially being that earlier in the day I previously spoke with TD reps who informed me to go that it would be changed and updated on the spot a few days go by I decide to call it wasn’t until the 5th call that someone was able to assist me then to put the cherry on top each rep I spoke with were just as confused as I was when I relayed the message that I had to wait a few days for the correction do me a favor and do better STOP PLAYING WITH PEOPLES MONEY ‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️

They were very helpful and professional in handling a personal business matter of mine and my mother's estate. They went above and beyond to make sure the whole issue was handled according to protocol and in the end everything winded up working out just fine. Special thanks to Joelley i believe is her name the manager.

We arrived at 3:15 for a reservation. We waited for 30 minutes outside without any contact whatsoever. The one worker who was actually working had no idea what he was doing, the blond woman was chatting on the phone, and the other guy was not doing anything and could have easily serviced us. Definitely not coming back to a TD bank.

One of the worse TD branches. I worked for TD a number of years ago and have also banked with this institution since it was Commerce. I am very familiar with TD's policies and procedures. Cannot stress enough how bad this bank is with even the most basic of transactions. In the last two years, I have yet to have a positive, easy experience when working with this branch. All of my transactions including deposits, withdraws, getting a new debit card, and cashing a check, have been a challenge meriting managerial involvement. On my last visit, the teller did not understand (or did not want to) put a check in as cash, even though there was triple the amount of the check already in the account. When I requested a manager come (as I'm used to problems with this branch) the teller got the manager while openly bad mouthing me lol. "Everyone is a critic, this woman wants a manager, everyone knows best." I literally told her I could hear her and it didn't slow her down one bit. I was honestly almost amused because who acts like this? The manager did not apologize for her behavior but did the best she could to tell the teller to stop arguing, but the teller continued with "all my customers love me so it's you". I'll literally go to any other location and would suggest all others do the same.

The wait time here is terrible. I made an appt for the loan department for 11:30 am. Signed into the tablet at 11:20 am ,confirming my appt and 1 hr later I was still sitting there. Not a professional environment and unfortunately I did not get seen by anyone due to the wait time.

I have yet to find a professional and effective TDBank branch. We came here to get something notarized. Waited 20 mins while the girl punched holes in paper. After she felt like enough paper had holes in it, she came over and we told her we need something notarized. She replied, "There is a notary across the street." To which I said, "Yes. But we are here." We had already been across the street and The notary isn't in. Apparently she was miffed she had to stop hole punching when the guy across the street could have been doing this. Next she started looking through her belongings for her notary stamp which she said, " I think I left it home." Alright then. We did wind up getting it done but a super pain in the bootie for something so simple.

Very unhelpful branch , years ago it was different and it WAS my preferable location. There were 2 times in a row(I decided to give it another try) then they just can not do the job right. I call the branch to order the money, they told me to call back in an hour because the person who takes the orders is not there. REALLY?!?! You have to have a special person for that??? Service on paramus road much better... even if I have to drive there vs walk to ridgewood location

First time I was here I had to refill my meter 3 times. Beside taken over a hour to open my business account, they end up getting that wrong which led to another hour on the phone at night. Second visit isn't so great either. The line is always long. Being 5th on the line, about 3 people just left without service. I don't think anyone are trained well here at this branch. Interior is big to fit all the people the people they made to wait. The line to the teller is ridiculously long and confusing. Everyone ended up waiting at the door if the first person didn't move forward. The pennies machine still doesn't work. Either get rid of it or replace with water machine so all the waiting customer can relax on their 20 minutes wait. I highly suggest go to the other branch by metropolitan if you have a car. They got parking there at the very least.

The manager Benny is a a****** and theirs a banker there named Marcela she's also a rude banker. Would not recommend. Go to the Freshpond road one fabricio is a amazing banker helps you with everything you need!
