Hours of operation are inconsiderate to most working people. What other service businesses operate this way. No continuity of carriers / delivery routes! 28 years of poor management!

Feel bad about all the bad review. I came here to get a new passport. Exceptional service. Honored my appointment time, didn’t have to wait at all. Very courteous.

I had very positive experiences. Scott and the woman at the counter were great. Very knowledgeable and efficient. We came for the passport appointment as a family of 3. We were 10 mins late as I had realized I needed to take copies of the documents. Scott was super accommodating and was so fast that it took about 30 mins to have all new passports done (ton of papers to attach and put in order!!!). I rare leave reviews but Scott definitely deserves some recognition!!! Copies of the documents were taken at USPS. I have successfully received my passport.

I have visited this Post office 2 times, I am very pleased with this post office, the staff are very friendly and very accommodating. Always willing to help with smiles. My first visit one gentleman was very helpful I forgot his name, my second visit one lady was great her name is Sroikahm. I'll always go there for mailing stuff.

I've been having problems with delivery for a while now. Today, after calling the post office, they said that the package was forgotten in the truck and that why it was not delivered. Meantime the mail person marked it as delivered and Amazon sent me a notification that it was dropped off at my front door. This is very frustrating because I was going around my neighbor's looking for the package with no luck. Why mark it that it was delivered when you fu didn't do it?A month ago I ordered an item and the same think happened. This time, the item was dropped at the wrong house (not even close to my neighborhood).Ridgewood USPS - needs some attention and perhaps a managerial replacement to fix the core problem that it has.

Joshua went above and beyond today and was able to locate and stop a lost Halloween costume! He also coordinated us being able to pick it up which was seamless. Definitely did more than required of him and I (and my toddler) very much appreciate it!!
