“I had a fantastic experience with New Hope! I had been shopping for a Lexus CT200h to serve as a daily driver for months when I spotted a 2014 F Sport online at their dealership. It had high miles but it's a Lexus, after all, so I wasn't intimidated by that. Since it's a hybrid, I wanted it checked out by a shop capable of evaluating its hybrid battery life, and I asked New Hope if they could run it down to Thompson Toyota to have them complete a pre-purchase inspection. They agreed, and it passed with flying colors. I found a company to ship the car up to me, as I live 3 hours away, and bought the car sight unseen. Every step of the purchase was straightforward and stress-free. Thank you so much, guys -- I am in love with my little car!”

“My intention was to use the key drop when I returned my rental car at 6:30am on Monday, but Brittany was already there to handle it, even though the facility didn't open until 8am. Incredible go getter and great service!”
