Deer hit my car which damaged the driver side bumper, quarter panel and headlight assembly. I brought it to Dave’s to have it repaired. I expected it to be repaired. I get the call that it’s ready but when I show up, the bumper has huge gaps between it and the headlights that I can stick my finger into, the paint is all cracked, the quarter panel is not aligned and the fixed headlight is a different bulb from OEM and mismatched light color. So I bring it back with my complaints and they said they couldn’t fix the bumper and will need to replace it. So I paid another $1500 to replace the bumper and fix the panel gaps they didn’t do right the first time. However, the bumper still shows large gaps around the edges under the headlights. I questioned this again and the excuse was it’s just a Chrysler, they all have this problem. Which is bull because the car was involved in a prior fender bender and that body shop never had a problem fixing it. The factory never had a problem fitting it. Just Daves apparently. I’ve been ripped off $6K and left with an unfinished repair.
