I just had a great experience when my transmission broke and I was stranded in Ringwood N.J. That is a sentence that I never thought I would ever say. The Statefarm emergency response was immediate. The tow company arrived shortly after and I was delivered to the car dealer in record time. We are talking 2 hrs from breakdown in Ringwood to delivery in Morristown. The tow company personnel were great.

I had to have my car towed over 20 miles, I called my insurance company for roadside assistant they sent me Oasis Towwing they said they would be there in 2 hours. They never showed up . So I had to call back to get another provider for the next business day and Hunterdon took the request, Eric Hernandez was my tow driver he was awesome. He keep me updated on his arrival he was so professional and kind after waiting almost 24 hours to get my car to the shop Eric was a life saver. . Who ever the bosses are please give Eric a raise his was customer service was awesome. I wish he could teach that to the other service providers and the phone agents

Called in advance to schedule a tow for Wednesday morning. The person who answered the phone said it could be done “before noon”. I gave them my phone number and details. Come Wednesday morning I hadn’t heard anything from them. I called through 2pm and no answer. This company completely ghosted me after I called in advance to schedule my van to be towed to the local shop. Not professional, avoid if possible.Service: Car towing

My Subaru Outback got rear ended .
HC did a awesome job in the repair .
They also fought with the insurance company to make sure I got the best parts for the Job.
Highly recommended .
