“It took Pat a just couple of hours to identify what needed to be done to stop the noise from my front left wheel. Two dealerships in NH had been asked to fix the problem within two months of each other and the response was “you have plenty of brake lining remaining”. Well, how about the badly rusted parts and warped rotors? Pat took care of both front brakes, and periodic maintenance items for a very reasonable price, and I can now drive a vehicle with no weird noises and no shuddering through the steering wheel when I apply the brakes. Took it for Inspection this morning with confidence!”

I worked with Dave at Arts auto shop and he was great. He checked to make sure the calipers were OK. He saved me about $300.00. I finally found a shop i can trust and isn't going to rip me off. He was so kind, so understanding he truly helped me in that moment with such grace and I couldn't be more thankful. The situation I was in late that evening with the confusion on orders and times. But Shawn came to the rescue and i just went to give him such a huge shout out! From the moment I arrived, Joe was quick to greet me and assist with the check-in process. He was friendly, efficient, and made sure everything was clearly explained before work began.
The service itself was completed within the time frame Joe initially provided, which I really appreciated. After the work was done, Manager Kyle and Supervisor Emily both took the time to go over the details of what had been performed on my vehicle. They answered all of my questions thoroughly and made sure I felt confident and informed about the condition of my tires.
What stood out most was their genuine attentiveness and professionalism.
