i never go out of my way to leave a bad review but this place was
terrible. i just moved to Ringwood. looking for a good nail salon near by so decided to try this place. service was just ok. not very friendly. no smile no hello no nothing. i was shuffled to 3 diff people to do my nails, one filed, one filled, one polished.
all i needed was a gel fill in and they charged me $95!! outrageous price. i been getting my nails done for 35 years in clifton never ever paid more then $60-65 on the high end for fill in includinging design or gel polish.
i always tip $20 to my tech because my nails are long so sometime takes a little longer. (not here. i still tipped them $10 tho)
they spent 1 hour on my nails (no repairs - just fill in) with cat eye polish and charged me $95. def wont be going back there.
at the end didnt even put hand cream or hot towel or hand massage just left me sitting there and went to someone else didn't even say i was done. just go wash your hands and leave.

The nails were done with precision and look great. The women who did my nails was so talented and friendly. Not to mention the cheap, affordable pricing. Will come back!

I got there today at 12:55, I was a little late to my appointment but I got there before 1:00. Long story short, I was taken right away but there were only 2 people in the salon (myself \\u0026 another client), so it was not like it was packed. Another woman came in whom the nail tech working on me said hello to by name, maybe 3-4 minutes into me getting worked on, I only had filing done at this point and the lady working on me went to work that woman. She never communicated to me she would be working on both of us, which was annoying me because I wanted to be out by 1:50 and I knew that would add time. by 1:20, I only had the nail tips and filing done, no acrylic application or gel color. The other client was being worked on for a while and no communication was being made as to what was going on, so I walked out. It’s a shame because it’s a beautiful and COVID safe salon, but the people who work there fail to communicate and show favoritism to regulars in front of new customers.

I have been going to Skyline nails for a few months now, ever since another salon in town couldn't do the designs or shape I showed them. I have always gotten a design and NeNe has always been able to do the design I show her and it always looks exactly like the picture. Love this salon <3Service: Acrylic nails

Great job and service! I moved to the area and was hesitating to get my nails done. But, I did a nail set (tips) and gel pedicure. My nails have lasted 1 month and still look flawless. I will be going back.Services: Pedicure

This salon use to do a beautiful job, but now that they are under new ownership not so much..my nails are my natural length with gel on top and I have yet to go a week without breaking a nail..I have never had this problem until now and I’ve been getting my nails done for years .. I was also charged extra to have them cut my nails and file them back to the original shape prior to the shortening.. I understand being charged for a new shape or length, not a cut and file .. not pleased with this salon or the quality of my nails they should not breaking like this !!! also the index finger was fixed once this week and has again broke 4 days later!!!Services: Acrylic nails
