All of Calibers work was great! They just weren’t able to link some data to the vehicle data center. I like them though and would still recommend them to anyone. Not every job goes perfect however they shoot for that goal with a great warranty. I like that!

At the end of May, I took my vehicle to Caliber Collision for repairs due to hail damage from May 12. Long story short, Caliber agreed with the estimate provided by USAA. They fixed the back window but informed me that I needed to order a new roof. After a week or two, they returned my car because I needed it, stating they were waiting for the parts. When I called two weeks later, they told me they were still waiting and would contact me to bring the car back. They never called, so I returned at the end of July. This time, they said the roof could be repaired and that another part needed to be ordered. They also admitted that no one had ordered the roof previously, blaming the situation on two former employees.
Another employee checked the car and revised the estimate, sending it to USAA. They had my car since August 22, and each time I inquired, they mention delays due to the paint. I’ve paid hundreds for rental car insurance, and since giving them my car in August, the delivery date has changed twice. I just got my car back few days ago. I will never use their services again.

Quality work, friendly staff, very efficient. They even keep you updated on your repair progress by providing text messages for each step of repairs. My vehicle was completed on day promised and they even clean your vehicle when completed. I was very pleased with their work.

We cannot be happier with the service provided by Caliber Rio Grande. They dealt directly with our insurance and the rental car agency, making the whole ordeal easier. The car looks like new and is clean as could be. Highly recommend them

Worthless customer service don’t ever go here. No communication, no text, no nothing. Run to another body shop. They don’t care if they screw you over. Don’t go here. I can’t stress it enough
