Super Nice and Very Knowledgeable Staff .🙂 They had the parts that I needed in Stock ,which is rare for a 15 yo Vehicle? Saving me hundreds of dollars in costs for a Mechanic that Simply blew of a $300-$600 job according to Google? At the end of the Day? Auto Zone went Above and beyond to help me out and that speaks volumes!🙂 Plus I was Lucky enough to Have a Great Friend and Neibor, who is on Vacation. He did the job in less than 1 1/2 hours? Problem fixed !

Autozone, very slow service. Left and went elsewhere when the one service lady had to walk away to get help. They are always busy to their credit. It's just not the same as auto zone 20 years ago when they had everything.

Not a fan of customer service in that particular store, big guy ponytail couldn't take time to help me out,store was empty, guess he wasn't into it. Maybe he was killing time to go home. Probably a nice guy but I will never know, went to advanced auto parts got part I needed.

Don’t waste your time going here. Half the people don’t know anything and they never have your stuff even when ordering it off their site. Need the old crew back things ran much better. They’re the reason people do online shopping and not in store

Auto Zone has the parts I need and many times can be of help on how to properly install the part. Pricing is cheaper other dealers if you can wait for them to come in or shipped to you.

Used to love this store, until they hired incompetent ignorant people like Emily. She was extremely rude and thinks she knows everything but to someone who actually knows what they're doing she just sounds stupid. She was ignorant ignorant infront of other customers as well. I will not return to an auto zone until people like her don't work there. As a business owner thats a lot of lost business. I'll go to Napa or advanced.

Just be prepared to wait… they take phone calls and service hard to find customer needs instead of prioritizing check outs of people just trying to buy stuff.

I come to AutoZone all the time. But tonight I had a terrible experience. I was looking for antifreeze but I decided to not get anything and as I was walking out of the store a lady that worked there (with long curly hair) and another man that I don’t think works there he looked like her friend chased me outside and accused me and my boyfriend of stealing air fresheners. I told her if she wants to check my bag and she was very aggressive, I told her to check the cameras and call the police. She went back in the store and I was waiting inside my car. When she went outside with that man again I asked her if she checked her cameras and she was screaming at me to not come back to her store; I told her to call the police but she just kept screaming at me not to come back. That was the most ridiculous situation I have even been in.
