Famous Footwear is a pretty good store with great and very helpful staff. The manager and service members are sweet and work hard to help customers find the sneakers they are looking for, explaining they can order sizes if needed. The store is often busy and can be understaffed, with only four employees seen handling many tasks at once. These include ringing up customers, helping on the sales floor, getting shoes, and packing online orders. While other shoppers can sometimes cause issues like blocking aisles or making messes, the staff remains extremely helpful. Customers are encouraged to be grateful for retail workers and respect the store.
The facility is Very clean. The staff was welcoming and helpful.

Wanted green sneakers. Service member tried to help me, but system did not show any. She needed to assist another customer so I went on my way. Found them 2.5 seconds after walking down the sneaker isle. Pretty good
