“Staff are friendly and helpful at all times. Both online and physical stores are easy to shop. I like the lockers to pick up small things when I shop online. The only star missing is because for big items pickup, calling them to let them know of the lane number don't work well. Many times, I get off my truck to go inside the store for customer service and tell them the lane number since phone call isn't available - either it rings for many minutes and got hang up or the automatic voice prompts hang up.”

“I Want to give a loud shout out of appreciation to Larry who works in the flooring section of Home Depot. His customer service is bar none. Even though the phones were ringing off the hook and random customers were stopping to ask where to find items in the store he was able to educate me about flooring and painstakingly listened while I was rattling off my needs.More people on this day and age should be like Larry.If I were his manager I would promote him or at least give him a raise..I hope someone shows this review to him.#bekindalways#belikelarry”
