I stopped in the Metro by Mobile store today because I was having phone issues. Angel was exceptional he fixed my phone and had great customer service. I would recommend this place to everyone.

Staff was rude, false advising on the felx plan for a 99.99 phone on flex plan. Customer service said they called to return to the store for the upgrade..the store didn't have a phone for Customer service to even call! The company is bullshit nothing but issues
