I went in yesterday with tons of questions about my frog and new fish, and Tim was amazing! He was super helpful, incredibly polite, and really took the time to explain everything. You can tell he genuinely cares and knows his stuff. I left feeling so confident and excited—thank you, Tim!

Lowkey kinda suck cuz i went in to adopt a cat, found the one i wanted and they were advertising all over that it would be same day adoption and then when we went to adopt they said it would take weeks. Very disappointing, was supposed to be a birthday present.

Like someone else posted, my Zoey was shaved so close that her genital area is still red, irritated & uncomfortable & it’s been 5 days now.
I called the next day to complain & let the lead manager know
I’ve been taking my Havanese there for quite awhile now, & they never seem to keep any groomers. Always new faces,
This time was horrible 🤦♀️😡

Their Pet memberships are so nice. They have a great selection of toys and always have great attitudes. I love coming to pet smart to get all of the toys for my puppy and they always help me redeem my rewards thanks for the great customer service here!

Shaved my poodle so close that his snout and gentials were red and irritated. Tried a different groomer this time and specifically asked the she not shave his snout and genitals to close because he was irritated the last time. Well, not only was he shaved, his tail was shaved bald. Won't be going back there again. The groomers do not follow directions...Just do as they please. His coat is chopped up; he looks terrible.

Associates at register were very helpful and friendly. They both took extra time to help me with the petsmart app during a busy time of year and managed to help other customers.

I've purchased night crawlers many times this past year, but for the last couple of months the containers contained mostly dead worms due to being frozen in the back room. When this was mentioned to the manager, she offered a slight discount! Dead = decay. No thanks. I now get my worms elsewhere. The other day, I went in to get a cup of 100 mealworms. However, once they warmed up and began moving, I estimated about 30 live ones. I guess I should have sifted through the container more and not worried about leaving a mess on the display below and floor. People there are mostly nice...handling of live stock not good at all.
