Took the time to write a review of this store right now. I have been going here for ten plus years. Always had great customer service. Even through COVID. Always a pleasure to talk to my man who works there, the younger jacked dude who is a Phillies Phan. I never knew these stores were privately owned, but I just realized and wanted to acknowledge that even in this time of horrible customer service worldwide these guys are holding it down day in and day out. So incredibly rude. I received a delivered notice this Saturday at 2:25pm. It's the holiday season and I've ordered dozens of handmade things from all over so when this delivery notice had absolutely no information, I clicked on the delivery confirmation photo. It said delivery location was "other" and the photo couldn't be loaded. I also received 2 packages, in person from UPS, at 3:12pm that same day. (Baby clothes in 1 and soap in the other)I called UPS, they couldn't locate the tracking number. They gave me a number for the local UPS store to call where it was shipped from, apparently this NJ location. (I'm in Upstate NY) Upon answering the phone the (gentleman) was already annoyed. I asked please, which location is this? He told me. I said oh! Well I received a delivered notification with no picture and no information for what's in the package and UPS cannot locate my tracking number, they gave me this number because apparently it originated from your location, could you help me maybe understand what was inside so I can at least contact the shipper?Annoyed, he asked for the tracking number. He said, "it shows delivered and you'll have to take it up with my boss, he would have him call me back." I said thank you, does it maybe say what was in the package? He said "it just says baby clothes" to which I then realized it was a package I had in fact received later that day. So I said "oh! I did get that" thank you! The time stamp must have been off and there's no delivery photo, I didn't realize this was that package, thank you!"He then replied "look I don't know what you want from me lady I don't have any information for you." ??? I said "oh...well you gave me more than I had, and now I know which package it was, so thank you?" To which he replied "listen, I'm the only one here and I don't have time for all of this". What a jerk. I hope the manager reads this and helps whomever was working "alone" at 9:30am on 11.6.23 to understand customer service. Or maybe gets him some office help so he's not a jerk to people he doesn't realize he's helped already.Poor customer service aside, he did in fact help me understand that I had received my UPS package.

Got there at 6:56 guy says they are closed I drove 22 miles to get there after working a 14 hr shift I just had one package to send it’s not like local right down the road what a major inconvenience says they close at 7 not 6:55 the guy says we open up at 8am that won’t help me I’ll be working thanks alot

Went here today to make a lot of copies the staff was very nice and helped me a lot the woman that waited on me helped me from the time I walked in there helped me through the whole thing she was great the other staff that was in there were also very helpful they all did a great job
