The workers were rude and ignored me , I wanted to purchase a new phone as my phone broke and I was stranded there and they said they can’t sell me a phone and were rude and cost me $405 to fix my phone which I expect to be reimbursed or I will be sueing this store and taking legal action

People are very helpful but the wait times are just horrible. They say walk-ins are welcome but I wouldn't recommend going without an appointment

This has to be the worst service ever. We have a second home on the Jersey shore. Every time we come down, we have to rest the internet. The internet goes off line while using it.
I can't wait to get verizon here.

Randomly charged my CLOSED account for no apparent reason, waited over 45 minutes only for Delaney to completely disregard my situation and shrug it off saying ‘she has no idea and to come back another day’. Incredibly rude customer service and completely lack of care about anything at all. Very disappointed with this experience.

Today my mom and I went to return the modem box at Rio Grande, and we experienced horrible customer service. We waited a total of 45 minutes before my mom went to inquire about the waiting status. She was then informed that there were still 7 people ahead of her after having waiting 45 minutes. The customer representative was not at all helpful and was tactless, leading us to walk out of the store, because we had to attend to another meeting. It’s unacceptable because returning an equipment should be an easy process that involves very little work for the local representative. A 45 + minute wait is not justified!

I was initially disappointed with the wait time for an appointment, but my experience turned around completely once I was seen. Dom made the process quick and easy, and his great story truly saved my customer experience. The level of service and personal touch exceeded my expectations. Thank you, Dom, for making my visit memorable and enjoyable. Highly recommend this store!

Wait time is long if you have things to do. BUT, worth it. Because staff try to resolve all issues and will not rush you out.

The internet is so intermittent. To have them come out and check it they want to charge you $100 then credit it to your account if it's not your fault. Outrage! Where do they do that? COMCAST! (Xfinity)

I went in to buy a phone case only. The lady checking in people said that would be a 40 minute wait!!! That to me is insane, why would you lose a sale on purpose. Very bad business model. Nice people working there though

After spending an hour on the phone and not getting service I needed I'm here at Comcast store and I have to wait an hour. Hire more people and pay them well. Comcast customer service is a joke
